you work in a factory? Im going to get my first job sometime this year, because I turn 15 in May. Dont know what my job should be.

Don't worry, you have many options and choices to pick a job. Just go to a job search and put some search filters about what you want. That's what I can all offer to you

My first job is a part- time one with logistics in the factory's warehouse (similar how my brother does as well but with mechanics). I go on the days, when my superior tells me to go given how weird their organisation; like on Wednesday this week. The shift is depending mostly on the amount of packages that gets delivered and we have to sort them.
