  1. Probably going to elaborate more on my reply when I'm awake, but for now, I'll say this: If you noticed me talking about the taunt leads earlier, you must've realized I said that like how they can predict your taunt lead, it's possible to also predict their magic bounce. It's essentially a vice versa, so I don't really see what the point of that was. That, and you can always opt for more of a surprise taunt instead. That, and don't go assuming rain is the only counter to evasion. Sand has it's own niches, and the techniques you listed as counterable earlier you didn't elaborate much on. If you go into a bit more detail about why things like taunt and clear smog are useless, I'll probably type up more of a reply than this. For example, substitute may be a counter to clear smog, but what I meant was that there's no reason you can't predict what THEY'LL do, if you really think that they can predict what YOU'RE going to do. Also, personal belief here, but I don't really think any tier system is without flaws. There will always be flaws in this tier system, as with Smogon and many others too. While I'm at it, one of the many reasons why Clear Skies wasn't implemented until not so long ago was because non-weather teams were, well, RATHER capable of countering weather without dedicating an entire team to stopping it. I believe evasion has more holes in it than weather, and therefore, can also be exploited, with less effort.

BANNED FOR USING THE MOST LOGICAL REPLY AS A BAN
  3. First of all, just to point out, you might want to sound a bit more polite in your posts. You're making yourself a hypocrite by wording your reply in a manner that implies flaming. Second of all, you expect us to believe the whole story because of one log? I doubt one battle account's for Ryan's entire argument, let alone you trashing it because of that. That log is a pathetic excuse, if it's the only evidence you got. Is saying he did bad at one battle implying that he lost every other battle he had with someone like crep? Third of all, stop trying to find every single excuse possible to shut down his arguments. Don't think that mentioning Substitute is going to entirely shut down Clear Smog for what it is. There's this thing here called strategy, as far as I'm concerned. Why do you think the Reborn tiers are as it is? Because strategy and moves have been taken into account and talked about to provide accurate reasons, instead of just letting one word describe everything. Your entire evasion argument comes down to finding one word or counter to something that can stop evasion. "Taunt---------> Can be evaded and/or bped to espeon which almost every evasion team has Perish song --------> Taunted or baton passed to Mr.Mime magical leaf/ariel ace -------> never going to help outside evasion and probably wont even break a sub Aura Sphere------------> Bp to drifblim" If you're going to bash on every that stands in the way of evasion, care to elaborate on your reasons rather then typing a sentence to explain your reasoning. I don't care how good you are at battling in the PO ladder, if it won't help you explain your arguments. If you have experience on these things, share it.

BANNED FOR ALWAYS PUTTING FULL STOPS AT THE END OF YOUR BANS
  6. I know this isn't really directed at me, but just in case: I'm not a professional player in the slightest. I just tried to talk about some things to consider when talking about how certain things outclass and counter others. I wasn't trying to flame in any way or form, and sorry if I sounded like that. I acknowledge that the majority of people talking about evasion are professional players. I just find it annoying that the majority of points against banning evasion don't bring any sort of point in particular, leaving the for-evasion banning people look dominant.
  7. There's a reason why prediction and strategy are used in the game; it's not impossible to predict a baton pass, and formulating a strategy against it with what you have is no pressing task either. This is especially evident on crep's team: he usually starts of with boosting evasion, and then baton pass. Using what you have, formulate an idea against it; that's the basics. I know it sounds a bit strange, but if you keep in mind baton pass in battles it's far from impossible. Then you have pokemon anyway. There are plenty of taunt leads such as Azelf. Here you could: Consider getting a taunt lead that is competent but not usually known for having taunt. While it was in LU, I once had a taunt Archeops, and it was highly effective against Valkryia. Get a pokemon that commonly has taunt and either jump straight to the taunt or predict the use of Espeon/Xatu and react otherwise. Keep in mind that Magic Bounce-ish things are the only thing blocking a strategy not involving direct damage against Crep. If Magic Bounce is the sole thing that can stray away taunt and the such, then plan against it! And if it doesn't turn out to be as common as I say, then taunt can be used with, if not perfect, a high chance of success. While I'm at it on taunt, it goes vice versa. While they can predict you having taunt on your lead because it's common, the same thing applies when knowing they have magic bounce and the such. Also, keep in mind that crep is one person, with only 1 or 2 teams, so the same logic will be used every time, and from then on, the world is your oyster. Learn from your losses, I guess.

BANNED FOR REUSING A ROOUSED PUN
  9. Something I've noticed is that evasion seems to be pretty bad if Baton Pass isn't involved. The fact that evasion teams can be abused at any time doesn't mean much, because Crep is the only person I've seen on PO who uses a team fully dedicated to baton pass. Heck, evasion is just ONE part of his baton pass team. He forfeits if he's unable to set up evasion, proving that his strategy is one of the most luck reliant on PO. And this is just one person (and his fan). While I'm at it, many pokemon that aren't in the OU tier can still perform well in it; the reason they aren't in that tier is because of something or some mechanic that is common in that tier. Provided that you play your cards right, quite a lot of things are usable in OU (although some more effective than others). I'll give an example of a pokemon on my old league team; Absol. This pokemon has a high attack stat coupled with good physical moves. There are many things in OU it can take out, but the reason why it isn't in OU, or even BL, is because of pokemon that either outclass it or counter it. In this case, evasion seems to need baton pass to work. Doesn't that mean you can formulate a strategy against baton pass and it'll cause evasion to be, generally, less effective? It's like how you get an Espeon on your team to counter Spore and Entry Hazards. I just think the issue of Evasion has been argued about for the longest time, and there needs to be more optimistic views on it.

  14. I just realized that if I just looked for some images I'd could've given her clothes that would've matched her a whole lot more. Hoodies and jeans shouldn't be the only clothes I ever draw. I tried to achieve the bookworm look in this. Instead, I drew horrible shoes, and a right hand which I'm ashamed of. Also, I tried to make her a girl, but I can't actually tell if the final result is a boy or a girl. Maybe it's a tomboy. Or a tomgirl. Well, it's not the worst I've ever done. Practice makes perfect.

However, it was arguably unfair that Enigma had stolen the time warpers, and had looped the fabric of space-time, causing Dialga and Palkia to go and stop this, but Ikaru stopped Enigma's time-space powers. "Give me your cookies of space!" said Ikaru, but he saw Gardevoir, owned by Will, and ran to the nearest phone and called 911, for Will was Radomus in disguise, and needed help opening this jar that everyone hated to open, so Ikaru used his giant eagle to utterly rip the lid to shreds, and then pushed the contents of the mentally challenged *insert Reborn member*'s chinchillas from space BACK to space! Then suddenly, an idiot with a pink dress called Light appeared, shooting laser beams which were powerless against Roo's Absol, who was overpowered by Explosms' Yanmega until Sucker Punch made him fart rainbow unicorns, and Vi's Tangrowth died from severe fire trauma, but luckily she had a tissue of stem cells, because she's a plant. The photosynthesis caused Leaf Guard to blow up the time rift that caused massive amounts of Skrillex Clans, that bleed your baby pokemon dry, to disappear after the deadly effects of Silver Typis. Then a car going at -9001 mph hit Roo's cat, which promptly exploded and caused an earthquake. Roo likes dogs, because he's not creepy and eats
