That dragon type is a sham before the amazing kelp type but we can all agree as to how badly Kingdra would lose :I

Regarding the new regions idea; I wouldn't be surprised if they took an old region, remade it and gave it new pokemon and items; not to discredit the idea of new regions, but still: It's entirely possible that that will be the case instead.

But dragalge is obviously kelp type

But if it was that early, then there'd be no moves you'd want to learn; usually the moves people want to learn are the innate lv1 final evo moves such as King's Shield that otherwise can't obtained, and you don't get fully evolved guys for quite a bit. Also forgot to look up Covet sue me

For some reason, the scanner made the image smaller; maybe that's what happens when I try to scan an image in 2400 dpi resolution... This took me a total of 6 hours to complete; pretty much the longest I've ever spent on a drawing so far, but I enjoyed it all the way; this was basically meant to be some concept art for a character in a story I plan to make, but since she doesn't look much like who I'm trying to create, it's not my final idea for this character, and it probably won't be as she is in this picture. I kinda failed the whole "disturbed insane look" thingy.

But the Luvdiscs are near-guarenteed to have heart scales, while with your plan you'd have to wait for ages until you got something that wasn't something else.

And the second you'd get it, the difficulty would very quickly decrease; not a boon for this game.

If the pictures and words are balanced out enough, then I think that this new idea has some potential in it.   Also ohmergewd Wheel is back
