3 months ago we were at 32/65. Now we're at 47/65. That's an increase of 15 for 3 months. This probably means we will hit 65/65 somewhere in September or October yay!

That would make more sense, but then if that's the case, then, as stated in the second point, the barrier wouldn't make sense to follow a north-south axis. Assuming the whole barrier is a spheric dome, the visible part in Calcenon should be slanted southwest-northeast.

Calcenon is literally already at the foot of Ametrine Mountain already. There are mountain sides and steep rock cliff on the other side of the barrier.

So according to the structures and the events inside Calcenon City, Labradorra City is supposed to be immediate to the left of Calcenon City and is symmetrical to it. However, within walking distances, to the left of Calcenon City is the Ametrine Mountain. There is no place on the map for a city between Calcenon City and Ametrine Mountain also. So where is it supposed to be? If it's to the north or north east of Calcenon, then it doesn't make sense for the barriers to be set along the north-south axis.

Mega Aerodactyl + Excadrill can take out the first double battle. Spam Rock Slide and Earthquake mostly. Put Mega Aerodactyl first so that it can lead for the second battle and deal with Weavile. The same pair can take on most opponents in the third battle.

Worse, if one attempts to fake out Illumise and set the forest on fire, on the next turn it will set up Rain Dance again. And if you manage to kill it before it sets up rain, Shelly will send Araquanid to set up.
