Thanks for your opinion, and questions. Essentially, it will work in small increments, going one island at a time. So, to begin, you’ll have four gyms to choose from, all on the first island. Then, the game will close again. Imagine it like a figure eight. It’s open for a while, when you can do the gyms, but then it may close for a while, when you don’t have much freedom to choose. I’ll program it so that trainers keep increasing their levels, based on how many badges you have. HMs will now, for the most part, not be used to block progression, but rather optional sidequests, items, and Pokemon. I hope these answer your questions. so i should probably explain the whole "redoing episode 1 and 2" so here you go. basicaly. open world. maps will be redone in this new gen 4 style of tiles and mapping. the map IS playable, but I'll show some pictures of it later. so anyways, there's something else. bigger better gym challenges. what? well, basically, the reason I want to have four episodes of content into 1 beta is because you can now challenge the gyms/do the plots in any order. technically, you could do all the plot and none of the episodes, or you could do all the gyms first. whatever. anyways, PLEASE let me know what you think about this all. k, byeee -MegaMew

I just looked through your save file, and the game should be functioning normally. Just start the scene in the area you are at. Unless something else is not supposed to be happening?

So, you don't actually have to use the elevator to progress. You can continue the plot from within the room.

me after realizing what i just posted Okay! So, ummmm, just a few thingys to do and then in Episode 3, or Episode 4, or shit, whatever. POKEMON ENIGMA! the dev blog thingy is huge. (insert another terra approved joke here) Basically Gen 8 stuff is coming! So, there's work that needs to be done. luckily, i've already found quite a few of online sources listing their sprites and scripts as free use, so it just needs a bit of formatting and BOOM! Gen 8 magic! Next up is the past episodic updates. I have some really good plans, thing i wouldn't have been able to include when i just started, so theyre coming now. What plans? You may be asking yourself? well i'll tell you later. lets just say... its gonna be good (maybe). ok episode 2 also is getting an update. the story is going to be expanded a bit more, and theres going to be a lot more to do. And you didn't meet a certain policeman upon entering the city? Edit: Wait sorry, just realized this was the other route. After arriving in town, the next plot occurs in the park. Does anything happen there?
