    In other words: He's a grandmaster at faking being a grandmaster. But he's so good at faking it that he may as well be a grandmaster anyway. XD For real, though. If we actually CAN sweep Lin with just Trick Room, it's gonna feel cathartic AF. And perhaps a bit anti-climactic, but cathartic nonetheless.

    Hell yeah, I'm ready to face the fight. ^_^ Once the public release is out, I'll play this game with hardcore nuzlocke rules (set mode, no items). Because I'm a crazy person. XD (Why during public release and not community release? Firstly, I'd like to be able to go in NOT completely blind. I'll look up what nasty traps other people have run into, see how movesets and trainer lineups have been updated, and plan accordingly. Secondly, I'd rather not lose an attempt to bugs. XD)

    Yeah, Cass talked about level caps back in 2019. holy carp we've been waiting for E19 for four years And she did say something along the lines of, "You won't even be able to go over the level cap until postgame." Still. The devs could've changed their minds about that in the years since. And I was under the impression we'd go over 100 before the Elite 4, considering Hardy's highest level is 97.

    Yes, you can get Torchic before beating Amaria. Yes, you can get all starters in events before the Elite 4. In fact, a sidequest asks you for all 21 starter eggs (unhatched). Pretty sure the devs wouldn't have put that quest in there if there was even one starter you couldn't obtain at all. :p

    Plot twist: Ame AND GlitchxCity co-compose Lin's theme and that's the real reason E19 took so long to finish I think it's possible Lin could break down before she even fights us, if in an unexpected way. After all, she may not see the player as a cakewalk, but she--Ms. Murdered the Champion--DOES see everyone else as one. So what happens when someone else OTHER than the player gives her a hard time? My guess is, it'll probably be Solaris and/or Elias.

    Dev team and testers, I Love You but i am an impatient boi aaaaaaaah (At least it seems like we'll have more interactions with Sirius. Kinda unbelievable that we've only ever fought him ONCE so far. I feel like we've fought him a lot more than that!)
