      It depends on what are you searching for:

      - Offensive: Roserade, Serperior

      - Defensive: Venusaur/Mega Venusaur, Tangrowth, Ferrothorn...

      - Stalling: Whimsicott, the Defensive ones, etc.

      what Kithas said, Venusaur, Tangrowth, and Roserade are the best in early reborn IMO.
