So uhm, the event Budew that's supposed to appear in East Gearen City, in the park, does not appear. Is there a specific time needed to find it? I am there during daytime but still can't see it.

This happens after I walk in a certain number of grass Patches. I don't really know anything about this type of bugs so I might need a lil' help ;-;
