  1. After having been quiet for the past few hours, Tabitha after receiving this revelation from the queen felt as if whatever was preventing the cogs in her head from turning was finally removed. Firmly she set down the utensils she was using and looks directly at Stella. "I'm not going to pretend I know much about who you are, or what's going on with the politics of the kingdoms. Having lived in a monastery for most of my life I never really knew what life was like outside of those stone walls and the small hamlet I lived in. However there's one thing I know for certain about the outside world and that's that the cruel nature of those we worship as gods." Tabitha clenched her hands into a fist, becoming visibly agitated yet determined. "If the god's won't listen to out pleas, then I'll just have to take matters into my own hands!" She breathes deeply and regains her composure, takes off the rose hair-clip and holds it to her chest closing her eyes as if in prayer. She mumbles to herself, "I refuse to let the divine treat us as their cruel playthings... I won't be idle and let what happened to you happen again..."
  2. Tabitha to M8 and uses HEAL on Lysander. "You're the one who stole all of our stuff to prove you're worthy to join us right...?" She pauses and then chuckles softly to herself. "Just a heads up, if you pull a stunt like that again I won't heal you anymore."
  3. Following the lead from others Tabitha places the mask she chose on her face (pretend she has one on I haven't made a mug with it yet) and mentally prepares herself for the upcoming battle. Tabitha to L6.
  4. Before getting a chance to say anything Shin is already walking away. She mutters to herself, "Just let me apologize dammit..." Tabitha sighs and puts her hand on her hip and raises the other gesturing to herself. "As if anyone would want to be friends with someone who lives like that, learn some self respect." She pauses. "As if I'm anyone to talk about that..." She shakes her head and goes to follow the group.
  5. She looks at him and then back at the scene transpiring. "Look Ficus I'm going to be honest with you, growing up in a monastery hasn't really done wonders for my social life. So as much as it pains me to admit, I'm stuck in a similar situation to you where I don't know who half these people are, or whatever..." She folds her arms and sighs, suddenly something catches her eye and she furrows her brow. "Shi- ER, Ficus... Those bruises..? I assume I'm responsible for some of those aren't I."
  6. Tabitha having kept quiet due to having a limited understanding of who most of these people are observes the scene. She ends up making her way close to Shin only to overhear his pleas of getting thrown in prison. "You're really THAT desperate to get thrown behind bars? I guess it wouldn't be too bad for you, you'd probably have a better quality of life than you do now..." She pauses and looks at him again dumbfounded, yet apologetic for slugging him earlier. "You look pretty beat up, if you want I can see if I can heal you during our next period of downtime." She turns her head away from him and goes back to trying to make out just the the hell is going on right now.
  7. "Sure thing, sounds like a plan." She watches Baldur leave and decides to have some fun with her new friend. "And hey, from one healer to another, if you do anything stupid while cooking like cut your hand off I'm not going to heal you." She offers a friendly smirk and walks towards the kitchen.
  8. "O-Oh its no problem really..." Tabitha exclaims as she waves her arms in front of her. "But if you must I guess I don't mind them omelette style. Although I'd feel bad if you wouldn't let me help out in the kitchen? We could make breakfast for two?"
  9. "Baldur Anton got it... I'm Tabitha Bellmonte, but you probably already know that." She pauses and thinks, "I can't really think I'm missing anything? The only thing of value I would have was confiscated at the prison... But thanks for the heads up I can see how that'd be irritating... I guess they must be replacing what's-his-name? "
  10. Tabitha is taken aback by this new development and initially motions to slap Baldur's hand away from her's but realizes that he just saved her from bodily harm, so that's probably not the best thing to do in this situation. "N-no.. I'm all good. Just a little startled that's all." She lets go of his hand and uses it to awkwardly grab her other arm. "Thanks... Uh, Baldur was it?"
  11. After having spent a bit of time in the morning freshening up and doing her hair, Tabitha finally decided to make her way to the dining hall for breakfast. Having been away from the mess hall, she inevitably missed most of the commotion that was happening downstairs. On her way she realized just how much she'd missed being able to have small conversations with others and decided that she'd try and strike up conversation with the first person she'd run into. Nothing too fancy just pleasant morning greetings. She immediately turned a corner without thinking and ends up almost running into Baldur. "GUUH...?" Attempting to maneuver herself away from slamming into him she pivots her right foot and tries to swing herself around him. Unfortunately Tabitha is very much the opposite of graceful and she loses her balance and begins to topple backwards towards the staircase.
  12. Tabitha genuinely smiles at this. "Yeah, sounds like a deal then! I'm looking forward to it. Umm just try not to die out there okay? If you end up getting yourself hurt or something I can heal you..." Her smile changes from sincerer to something devious. "Just don't do anything stupid, if you're stupid in battle I won't heal you alright?"
  13. "Thanks... That's reassuring to hear, and if its any consolation I don't think I've talked to many merchants who don't try to constantly sell me things I don't need." Tabitha lets out a quick laugh. "Tell you what, I've never experienced much of the world since I've been stuck in a monastery for years but I'd love to hear more about your travels if you're willing to share. It could be like a trade or something, where I can show you how to do some needle-working if you'll tell me more about your time as a merchant!"
  14. "Yeah.. Another time." She puts the bag onto her bed and crosses her legs. "I think so, I've never used one but I've always wanted to swing something like a halberd, unless that's considered more of a polearm... There's just something about using both your arms and all of your power to just split something in two that's just relaxing?" She flashes a small smile at Fey. "It's funny, normally I'd be worried about someone thinking talking about things like this is weird or "not becoming of a lady of the cloth" but I find it really easy to talk about these things with you!"
  15. "I don't think I'd be opposed to that... If I'm honest I've always been interested in learning how to wield an axe for combat purposes." She nods as she listens to Fey talk about sailing, trying to remember if she had ever been sailing before her life in the monastery. Upon hearing Fey's inquiry regarding her sewing skills she perks up, as if she's completely dropped nearly all of the barriers she's put forth. "Yeah, I could do that sometime. Most of the clothing I wear is things I've either altered or made from scraps and donations we got at the monastery. It was a skill I guess I just picked up when tending to the younger sisters and-" she winces for a second and continues "and others who'd visit us... Um but if you wanted I could show you right now!" Tabitha reaches for a small drawstring bag and opens it, a look of dread is put on her face when she realizes that the sewing kit she normally keeps in there is missing. "Sorry... It looks like someone at the prison confiscated my sewing kit..."
  16. She puts her right hand on her chin and thinks for a moment. "I don't really know if they count as hobbies since I didn't have much downtime at the monastery but I enjoyed sewing I guess. A lot of the younger sisters would always end up coming to me for help despite my complaints..." She paused for a second, not wanting to leave something that plain as her answer. "I guess I enjoyed chopping firewood as well? After having to deal with sleezy men from that place it was a great way to relieve stress. I got pretty good at swinging an axe if I do say so myself." "Oh I'm sorry, I've been doing all of the talking so far. How about you, do you have any hobbies?"
  17. "Well I guess we really haven't had much of a chance to get to know each other, so we could always do something like ask each other questions or something... Small talk, like normal girls do?" She follows Fey's example and sits down on the bed on the opposite side of the room.
  18. "Y-yeah... If I'm honest I don't do very well in crowds like that." She pauses and looks at Fey and then breaks eye contact. "Not that I'm bad at talking to people or anything, at the Monastery I lived at I'd be constantly talking to people seeking spiritual guidance." She pauses for a second and looks back at Fey and forces a smile, its time to pursue fellowship with her roommate, "Sorry I hope I'm not boring you or anything, admittedly I sorta was hoping I'd be able to talk to you sometime... " "Well, that is if you're not busy or anything!"
  19. After being rather reserved at dinner due to all of the excitement during the day Tabitha decided to do a quick survey of her new dwellings. After she made had drawn a mental map for herself she decided the best course of action would be to lay down and attempt to get some shuteye. While Kane said that they'd have an hour or before lights out, she figured in this state she'd most likely end up getting stuck in small talk or have people pry into her past. "What am I doing..." Suddenly she had a thought about the woman she ran into earlier Fey and she felt something in her chest. This feeling was something familiar, yet somehow foreign to Tabitha, it felt as if she'd had this feeling before but locked it away for some reason or another. Despite that she quickly clenched her fist and decided she was going to go look for Fey and attempt to get to know her bunkmate a little bit better. She was determined to make a friend tonight and nobody was going to stop her.
