Is this the case for all event-exclusive pokemon moves?

Is the move Happy Hour in the game? How do you get that move?

I don't have one but how does anyone get a perfectly IVed ditto, aren't they one time and you can't breed them either.

This sounds fun, but i don't know where it is being hosted. Could someone give some more details about this event?

Flash Fire typhlosion makes quick work of her whole team. I swept her the first time with that strat. Also spam eruption. Only one of my mons fainted. Although if you don't want to train a typhlosion, you could also trick room or drizzle+ terrain change
