I get stuck here. I click the crystal and nothing happens

I'm at the part with the crystals and teleportation pads. I can't seem to figure out the puzzle, so I'm stuck. Can anyone help me out with this please?

Can I get the link to patch 13.0.1? Because I think that fixes the part in the land of broken dreams, Im stuck there. Where the 4 puppet masters surround you. Game.rxdata -
I'm in Akuwa town and Aelita says I have to get the defibrillator from the pokemon center, however, it's not in the pokemon center.
