    With V13 revival herbs have been removed from the game and for Honedge I'm not sure since I haven't finished V13 but it may still be unavailable.

    In v12 what location were you in when you last saved as Jan said you needed to be one of a few specific locations to load v13 properly.

    Whenever I use an electric type move with my Manetric my own pokemon attacks itself instead of the opponents pokemon and raises its special attack with lightingrod
