Yeah, you are right -- max happiness + fairy move. There was a thread I found when I searched that said that.

Oh, very interesting -- I didn't realize happiness was different. The worry about maxing happiness is that it'll turn into an umbreon or espeon. So it has to be something different. I'll ask around on another part of the forums and see what I can find out.

Thanks a bunch! I'm planning on turning one of them into a sylveon. Do you know how much happiness it takes -- the wiki says "2 levels", but I'm not sure what that means. Also, I'm not seeing any way to get hyper voice in this game; is that right?

Hi, I'm looking for a Beldum (to use) and a female Venipede (or one of its evos) for breeding. Would you be able to give me those? Edit: I would also really like a Swinub, if you have one. By the way, you rule for doing all this. I love the communities in these games; makes the games significantly better.

Ok, it looks like Ariados learns Swords Dance (through the move relearner), and I should be able to then breed it (in Hardcore) with venipede to get swords dance. That's my plan. If anybody sees any problems with it, stop me now please. -

Thank you guys, that is very helpful. I wonder if I can just find someone else who has already done that and get them to trade me one. As far as switching to Hardcore, how do I switch back and forth? Will this work: I download Hardcore as a separate program, run it, and it automatically loads my current save? -
Does anybody know if it is possible to get a Scolipede with Swords Dance on it? The Swords Dance TM isn't in yet, I've heard; is it possible to breed Swords Dance onto Scolipede?

Pokemon Reborn Hardcore [Mod][Discontinued]

I could use some advice on the difficulty level to play Reborn at. I'm finding the hard mode of Pokemon Insurgence to be just the right level of difficulty for me, and I love the hard level cap (for a variety of reasons). The hard level cap on this mod attracts me. What would you all recommend as to the difficulty level I should play this game at -- what is the closest to the Insurgence Hard mode? Should I use this Hardcore mode? or just the regular Reborn difficulty?
