      Needs to be daytime, yes. Also, aside from Giga Drain, Synthesis and Toxic/Toxic Spikes, the Roserade line doesn't learn anything of note by level up.

      You'd have to have too much time on your hands to raise up a lv.47 exeggutor and breed it with a rose incense Roselia again and again to get sleep powder, leaf storm and extrasensory on your budew...as well as HP fire if you're dedicated.

      I wonder who did that?
