Hey uhm i have a problem with the new version, how do I integrate my old save file from v. 9 into that game? Hope somebody knows how to help me out!

Hey guys im back with another question :$, also SPOILER ALERT IF YOU HAVEN'T DEFEATED THE 7TH GYM!!! So I just killed (?) Groundon and when it gave me the option to give the magma stone or to keep it i pressed keep, i mean she was ready to die anyway so it was nice of her to take one for the team, but now i don't know what to do... I already checked youtube and that guy went back to Tesla's villa to trigger an event, but when i got there nothing happened :/ idk if i did anything wrong or something but i'm really bummed out because i'm really loving the story right now. If one of you could help me out that would be awesome

When i drag the files of the patch into the main file it doesn't say that i can replace them? Is that right So i tried a lot of things but my savefile doesnt get altered...

Could you maybe tell me how to do that? Im not that good with stuff like that haha..

Yeah i'm playing version 9.1, idk if i saved in the cell though. I encountered another glitch in the castle so idk if that part of the game is more glitchy then other parts.. Edit: I saved :/

Does anybody know what to do in the castle after you played as Emma? I'm stuck in my cell and i don't know what to do.. Please help Edit: There is a cracked wall in the top left corner which on interaction says: "This stone is cracked and discolored..." But i cannot do anything else with it.
