ah it seems the Data Execution Prevention was the problem. it's working just fine again, thanks everyone~

the problem is that i don't get any errors whatsoever. i start the game, the window opens and then closes one second later. 2 weeks ago the game was working just fine and i haven't done anything there since.

using backup save files doesn't solve it, still the same thing.

so it happened after i started getting into Pokemon Rejuvenation. at first it was all good, i was able to change the safe files and play both games just fine, but after not touching Reborn for about 2 weeks it suddenly doesn't start anymore. i changed up the safe files as usual, downloaded the game again from other mirrors and looked for other solutions. basically what happens is that the game starts and crashes a second later without any notifications or error messages. pwease help!
