I think you can find Gothita in the second visit to Marianettas Mansion though im not 100% sure Oh and your not annoying me what so ever I need something to do whilst my game file gets fixed Now that thats said ..... You can find Budew in Gearen city I should know I have one Oh by the way I dont know if this is true or not but when I was hunting Budew I found I was able to find more budew between 9.00am to 12.00am
