there are in the cave under the Grand Stairway (where you climb down the ladder) but they are reaaaally rare i guess, i was searching for a shiny Sandshrew for 3 hours and only found one of them. But they are a bit higher leveled then the rest.

Why hello there! My name is Yusuna, i started playing reborn loooooong ago but always messed up sign in here! D: Anyways!
