    Yeah, I've had this same problem as well. I reverted to a previous save file and I'm putting Toxel on hold for now until this gets a fix. :c

    go use rock climb there, that should be the room

    Rock climb and get to the huge crystal room, then get into a battle and use something like Earthquake/Bulldoze until the field changes.
