  1. "I....uh...I could just do this...." Sachi produces her phone and taps something into it quickly. Within seconds, a bright flash covers her and she appears in her casual clothing, her Fairy, shield and spear nowhere to be seen. To anyone who might look, she appears to be the 18-year old girl she is and nothing more.
  2. "So....w-we're going to infiltrate this place and save your friend, is that what you're saying?"
  3. Sachi just stares at them, confused. This place looked normal- at least, compared to where she'd just been. However, 'normal' was a relative term. This wasn't Kamogawa, not by a long shot. All this talk of hackers and cyborg ninjas sounded like something out of an old anime; Sachi had once read about this in history books, a common trope in video games and TV shows of the Pre-Shinju era. Then again, she was a magical girl who killed evil monsters from space for a God-tree. That would probably be equally as strange. Still, she had to ask. "E-eh? Overwatch? Vishkar? I....uh....can we get a better explanation? What are we doing? And Rio? As in...Rio de Janeiro?"
  4. Empi just looks at everyone as if they're odd. "....did I just, like, walk into a military installation? You're all talking about shoving weapons into each other's orifices."
  5. Empi looks surprised, blinking. "Tall? I'm short for a fairy! What kind of fairies have you been talking to?!"
  6. Empi backs down, no longer defensive. In fact, she seems almost shocked. "I'm the largest fairy you've ever seen?"
  7. "Fairies of my size? What's that supposed to mean?" Empi seems irritated by that, covering her chest with her arm subconsciously.
  8. And during Izumi and Mitsu's discussion happens to be when a scantily clad honest-to-gods fairy floats past. ".....err....."
  9. Empi The red-headed girl shakes her head at the effort. "Thanks, but no thanks. Work policy says I can't tell you where our headquarters is. Already had a few problems with random mortals and former clients wandering in or trying to break in. In my line of work? Not fun. Well, as I'm stuck here for the moment, I guess I might as well be a bit more open. You guys aren't clients and you aren't mortals, far as I can tell, so....." Lexiel and Eon feel as if they've just awoken, suddenly. And in the place of the rather attractive red-headed girl in a sweater they've been talking to, stands a rather attractive red-headed girl with fairy wings and clothing that barely covers her considerable chest or indeed most of her body. "Call me Empi. You might say I'm a professional wingwoman. A love guru. Y'know, like Cupid. Only not a baby. And also I don't shoot arrows into people's asses."
  10. Empi The girl immediately whips her phone from her pocket and starts furiously dialling a number. She puts it to her ear, waiting for it to ring. "........straight to voicemail. Are you kidding me? Sends me to the wrong world and now I can't even get back? Come on!" She groans, putting her phone away. "Well. Guess I'm stuck here until my boss gets back to me on why I ended up here."
  11. Empi The girl's right eyelid twitches. Doesn't seem like she liked that answer. "Are you......are you fucking kidding me? You mean to tell me I got sent to the wrong address?"
  12. "About what? I'm here to do my job. By the way, do you know a guy called Cinna? I'm starting to think my boss sent me to the wrong place..." There's definitely a tone of irritation in her voice.
  13. Sachi The young Hero seems to be wandering the halls like a lost soul, for the moment. She was rather shaken by what had happened earlier that day, and decided that she'd need to take a walk to calm herself down, if only for a while. Empi The red-headed ponytailed girl is standing outside the castle-tank, pacing and thinking about something.
  14. The red-haired girl produces a notebook and a pen after typing for a moment in her phone. She carefully took mental notes on what was up with Kagari and Hikari; after all, what with Venus' new outsourcing program, maybe she'd have to hook these two up. Preferably not with each other; she could tell from just looking at them they wouldn't be the best match. "Uh.....here, please." Alright, that situation's hopefully settled and the big muscly guy probably isn't stupid enough to keep pissing her off. As soon as that's done, back to finding out where this Cinna is.
  15. The rather pompous announcement of Kagari's true identity, of course, grabs the girl's attention. Almost immediately, she raises an eyebrow at the big cannons being pointed at the guy. She casually strolls over, smoothly placing herself between Kagari and Andre. Almost as if she were trying to protect him. That would be silly, of course. More likely is that she just wants to talk and the big muscly guy's in the way. "Oh, Slime Queen, you say? Like, a slime? Mind if I get an autograph? Half the department's jealous. Hell, I'm a little jealous. You know, with the shapeshifting thing. How do you even do that?"
  16. The ponytailed girl looks less pissed off now that people had the courtesy to pay attention. Finally. People with some manners. "Uh, yeah. Looking for a guy named Cinna. I was, uh, meant to meet him around here."
  17. The ponytailed girl is standing outside still. For her part, she actually looks.....rather pissed off everyone just walked off and ignored her. Oh dear. "Are......are you fucking kidding me?" The moped she arrived here in disappears as she goes to find someone, looking rather irritated. She wanted to figure out if any one of these people were this Cinna guy she was meant to be helping. Having all of one guy reply to it was rather unhelpful when there seemed to be the literal population of a screwed-up cosplay convention outside, so it was better to check.
  18. "O-oh, um....sorry...." ---------- And that is when the sound of a small moped can be heard approaching the group. As they turn to see what's going on, they see, atop a shiny new blue moped of indeterminate make, a red-haired lady, her hair tied in two ponytails, clothed in a formfitting sweater that seems to emphasise her rather large chest. Underneath, equally formfitting black jeans cover her from waist to ankle to her feet, which are clad in sandals. She draws up to the group, her vivid green eyes surveying the group. The girl clambers off the moped, pulling out her phone, which also seems to be of an unfamiliar model to the group. Her eyes flit from the phone screen to the group, as if not quite sure what to think. After a few moments of this, she has to ask. "Which one of you is......Cinna? Is that right? Not sure how you pronounce that. Cinna? Anyone?"
  19. "It's nothing. It.....wasn't my death, I saw, if that's what you're worried about. I just, uh....didn't want to take your water...."
  20. Sachi gratefully takes it, chugging the water down to wash the burning sensation of acrid vomit away. She's breathing a little easier now, but she's still clearly shaken. She's standing a little straighter now, if a bit hunched over. "T-thank you....and sorry...."
  21. Sachi breathes deeply, staring at the man as she props herself up on the wall, wiping her mouth of some of the vomit still remaining. The hallucination and remaining wave of nausea made her physically ill; a rare feeling, considering Heroes never really felt that ill, though perhaps her emotions had gotten the better of her this time. The monsters eating other worlds? Trespassers? She felt as if she'd heard all those words before. ....So, they're just sending me to fight bigger Vertex. I......okay. She stayed silent for a bit, trying to shake the images from her head -They're not real they happened years ago it's okay- trying to process what was going on. You can do this, Sachi. You can do this. Mio could do it, if she was here. You just have to be strong like her.
  22. Sachi She'd come out to see what was going on, along with everyone else. Upon laying her eyes upon the newcomer, she realised a second too late that this was a mistake- ------- She found herself in the Jukai again. Amagi-senpai and Takeba-senpai were behind her, the sweet scent of Takeba-senpai's holy incense filling her nostrils. Amagi-senpai was hurling bursts of glowing petals at the- Cancer Vertex. She could see Mio, her fists almost a blur as she rained down punch after punch against it. She, too, was looking tired and pretty scratched up, but her will carried on. Sachi was flying, moving towards the Vertex to help her finish it off. A deep throbbing pain pulsed through her; it had been a long fight, and everyone was tired and hurt. She twirled her lance in her hand and stabbed at it and didn't notice the other Vertex's arm flying towards her from behind; whether out of fatigue or ignorance, she really couldn't say- and Mio was yelling and- ------- Back in the real world, Sachi barely makes it to a nearby wall and supports herself on it before throwing up, a choking noise coming from her throat. Her eyes watered, as much caused by grief as by the burning in her throat.
  23. Sachi raises her finger. As much as she wanted to help, she wasn't particularly sure that him raising a child, considering what she'd seen him do, was a good idea. Then again, I was raised by my older sister, so who a-am I to judge? On the other hand, there were practical concerns. How were they even going to get there in the first place? What did that even involve? Too many questions to ask, even before the fact that he was asking a bunch of strangers to go help him rescue his kid. Mio would likely die first before asking people she'd barely known for a day to rescue Sachi or Tatsuya. So, she decided to follow her lead. "Um.....why do you need help? I-isn't the normal thing to do just to get a lawyer?"
  24. Sachi stares at him. He was the weird man who'd managed to get himself shot in the gut by shooting the reactor device- at least, that's what she thought it was, she'd never seen anything like it except in history books. She takes a step back, trying to process what he'd asked her. "E-eh...?" Sachi is also a little shaken out of her reverie by this. She smiles a little. "Oh. Uh, hi, Takino-san."
