Armsmaster looks suprised at Harry's Question, slightly irritated even. "My cape name is Armsmaster." After a moment, he continues. "A member of the Brockton Bay Protectorate." He pauses, then nods at Kusuke's Suggestion. "Yes. Though I have a Coffee Maker on my Motorcycle. If you are all able to come in tonight, that would be adequate. I Admit, I've never seen or heard of your group before tonight. What do you call yourselves?" -- "Well, could you check for specific emotions or thoughts? There's a kid in the Wards who uses empathetic senses to look for crimes, or so the rumors say." Soma butts in with a comment.

Using the raw power of time, Kusuke easily manages the stable time warp used to consistently rewind targets backwards a bit. It's like Jun was never attacked at all. Armsmaster nods in a way that is clearly pleased at kusuke's abilities. "Good. Would you like to come now, or later? I can arrange an appointment." -- "Yeah, Me and Arminius have been walking around, looking for Drug Dealers." Soma responds, restraining the flinch at suddenly being approached.

Team G.I Theme Of Lung: Overwhelm (DEX CHECK, 16, 9) Jun manages to get close to Lung, enough to be heard. (INT CHECK, 5, 16, 14, 20) Speaking to Lung, Jun tries to reason with the scaled Villain. "I ill' no' stand or' etty' insults." He slurs with confidence, the air boiling around him. Lung uses Ramp Up! If he is afflicted by a negative effect or damaged, his stats will increase by 20% until combat ends! Frigus uses Barrier on Kusuke, Decreasing incoming damage by 50%! (ESS CHECK, 15, 17, 6, 15) (SYN CHECK, 18, 20) (INT CHECK, 6, 14) Kusuke tries to Rewind Lung, but this time, Lung Shrugs off the effect! He noticed that one, clearly, as it seems to be registering as a threat to his power now. Lung grows again, scales becoming thicker. Satomi Repairs Building A, restoring it completely! Lilly Exits combat, trying to find the mother of the small child, he seems exited, but nervous as well, none of the escapees seem to be related to him as he intently looks down. (INT CHECK, 3, 4, 15, 17) Speaking to Lung, Jun tries to reason with the scaled Villain. "No ore' words!" Lung shouts, getting angry at Jun, who by now is close enough to feel the heat wafting off the draconic man. Harry Continues interrogating Gangsters, extinguishing one of the singed fellows, he asks again. "Lung Pissing off someone? No, someone pissed off Lung!, The undersiders Robbed the Ruby Dreams Casino a little while ago, and Lung had us on the hunt for those bitches." Mirri has her ship ready, at a word, it should be flying in, ready to rain plasma and hellfire down on the streets. Ambassador Jun tries one final time to reason with Lung. (1, 17, 10, 13) Lung seems to be in a place that words can't reach. He turns on Jun, roaring less humanly than he did before. Lung activates his Flash Boil Passive, which adds 1d6 Fire damage to his attacks for each sequence of Ramp Up he has activated! He then uses Claw, Attacking Ambassador Jun for (3d6=10)+(2d6+Str=15) 25 Damage! Lung's flaming claws bat Ambassador Jun into a building nearby, like a cat swatting an errant fly away, one which flew too close to the beast. (RES CHECK, 9, 10, 6, 19) 2 damage is mitigated, leaving Ambassador Jun at critical health as he smashes into the building, his armor smouldering with heat! Journeyman Frigus uses Cure on Kusuke, healing him for 5 Health! (ESS CHECK, 13, 11) (SYN CHECK, 10, 11) (INT CHECK, 19, 3) This time, Kusuke manages it, the power isn't much, but pulling Lung down along his original timeline stretches the mileage much further. Like a Videotape in reverse, Lung stutters, rewinding in place before the Tattooed man that once entered the fight stands, untransformed. Lung was snarling, “…the children, just shoot. Doesn’t matter your aim, just shoot. You see one lying on the ground? Shoot the little bitch twice more to be sure. We give them no chances to be clever or lucky, understand?” he says, before startling, these aren't his men, what happened? Lung uses Pyrokinesis, igniting a fist, just as Armsmaster swoops in, stabbing Lung in the Stomach and using his Consumable item, Tinker Sedative #13481. (CON CHECK, 11, 15) Lung Grunts in pain as metal scales erupt rapidly around the wound, but it's too late, with a hiss, the Drugs are forcibly injected into his system. He Collapses to the ground, struggling vainly, and then ceasing. Armsmaster looks over, emotionless, before nodding. "I'll call a hospital." he says, looking at Jun, who has, by now, flopped to the ground, unstuck from the wall. "I need you to come in for a Debriefing, if you are willing." He continues, looking over the 10 some-odd parahumans he has never seen before, nor heard of. Status Initiative Team Warehouse -- (6, 13) Somatotrope and Arminius Wander around the Docks at night, looking for trouble. Unfortunately, it seems there are no roving bands of drug dealers waving banners for a convenient target. "So what do you two do, Exactly?" Soma says, as the trio wander down the streets. Ambassador Jun receives an Extra Point of Merit for Drastically Enhancing Evacuations with Diplomatic talent! Lilly Shard receives an Extra Point of merit for saving a Toddler! Arminius receives an Extra Point of merit for keeping the Streets Safe in these trying times! -- Proditor finds Soma with ease, these parahumans all have very strong psychic signals, for whatever reason, he catches the butt end of her questioning.

Armsmaster responds by giving Kusuke a look that lasts for exactly 3 seconds, somehow. being able to manipulate time, Kusuke might even notice how to the millisecond the time was, Then Armsmaster (10, 10) Nods sharply.

The Gangsters in question have two distinct answers for Harry. One simply spouts Chinese, while the other responds more clearly. "The UJndersiders, they robbed the Ruby Dream's Casino, Lung got us and Oni Lee and we were getting ready to hunt those fuckers down before the bugs came." He shudders.

"I meant for finding one of their hideouts. We could just wander around blindly, looking for one, accost the local abandoned buildings, There's a lot of options, really." Soma responds, clarifying.

Team G.I -- (11, 5) Ambassador Jun lives up to his title, trying to calm and aid the masses by speaking to evacuees to try and get everyone evacuating faster, and he recieves very little resistance in the matter, All Buildings get at least SOMEONE in there. Lung uses Ramp Up! If he is afflicted by a negative effect or damaged, his stats will increase by 20% until combat ends! Frigus casts Cure on Proditor, Healing him for 5 Health! (9, 13, 8, 6, 5, 4) Kusuke Rewinds Lung as much as he can, but, considering the result, he feels he didn't quite manage it. Lung is getting up now. Attacking someone through a mental attack in their presence is hard to disguise when you are a levitating Psychic Alien Creature, even under cover of Bug-fog. He looks where Proditor is, through a haze of those very same bugs, head sluggishly, but meticulously turning. He grows another few inches, and his body is now covered in a layer of silvery scales. He Growls, some sort of slurring speech nearly escaping his mouth, either something happened to it, or the attacks are getting to him. Satomi Uses Structural Repair on Building D, restoring it to a state that has actually IMPROVED it's property values, a practical miracle in a city like this. Lilly and Ador together manage to save the Bonus Baby in Building D! Bonus Baby Achieved. Ambassador Jun continues helping people help themselves, Boosting Evacuation Speed even Further! Harry Walters asks who is doing that thing with the bugs. "No Clue!" the green shirt replies, much to his dismay. He still heals people though, as they pass by, and also puts out some flaming gangsters as well. Those should come in handy later. Captive Unconscious Gangsters Achieved. Mirri Leaps to the top of Building D in a single Bound with her Force Leap Trick, and starts helping them evacuate! A shit ton of people are escaping Building D as a result of this. Ambassador Jun Achieves Maximum Overevacuation thanks to his Diplomatic Efforts, they are practically throwing themselves from windows to get out by now! Though, not quite literally, yet. He would need a higher Diplomacy Ability to get them to do that. Frigus helps Building B evacuate, walking from room to room quickly. A shit ton of people are escaping Building B as a result of this. Kigane spends some time in Building D, rushing over to help people escape. A shit ton of people are escaping Building D as a result of this. Building D is now officially Empty! Gwin does that cool Bulwark Thing, Defending Building A from harm! Ambassador Jun spends his Fourth Turn sitting there, patting himself on the back for a job well done, just as his speed boost decays into nothing. Building B uses Evacuate! Causing A Shit Ton of People to Escape the building and get the hell out of there. Building B is now officially Empty! RX Calvera is YET AGAIN Cockblocked from saving people, due to Building B emptying at the exact moment she manages to start helping. Building C uses Evacuate! Causing A Shit Ton of People to Escape the building and get the hell out of there. Building C is now officially Empty! As the last person escapes their homes, The tone of this combat changes. Actually, no, that's the sound of a Motorcycle arriving. Skidding to a Halt, everything seems to stop as an Armored Blue Motorcycle locks into place with a hiss, and a Blue Armored Man steps off of it. Even Lung and the Bugs pause, watching to see what happens next. The figure turns to the party, and then back over to Lung, who by now reaffirms his Posture and Menace. The Blue Armored Figure grabs an object at their side, and it unfolds like a Switchblade, only instead of a comically large knife, the result is a soberingly sharp Halberd. "Lung, get down on the ground and then stay there. I'm taking you in." Lung simply Laughs, Loudly and Continuously, at the same time, the figure's weapon unclicks some sort of sharp implement, as though it needed yet another one. The Figure twitches his head, before speaking plainly. "Armsmaster on Site, Lung Engaged with several Unknown Parahumans, I'm going to take him down, Over." As Lung's Laughter grows louder and less human, Armsmaster hefts his Halberd in the direction of Lung. Status Initiative Team Warehouse -- "Then Let's Patrol. The Druggies don't hide their movements very well on the best of days. Do you have a plan of some kind?" Map

"Any of you that survive this, stay down." Gozer says, slowly, loudly, and confidently. The Skeletons on the field that are already turned to stone glow a bright green, before imploding in on themselves into a glittering green dust, which flies both towards Gozer, and into the air. The Soldiers would notice The Green Motes begin to rain down like snow, each one landing on some sort of.. Invisible Spheres? Every Soldier sees one of these spheres within arm's distance, or behind one of their allies as the green dust keeps falling, highlighting them in start definition. The Spheres are now beginning to glow. "The Quest Class of demons have powers which make them particularly intriguing and powerful, they often have the ability to create things from their own psychic and spiritual energy." "This is important because I have gained one of those techniques in my travels, more specifically, I can create invisible bombs." Gozer holds out an empty hand. "Even though you cannot see it, the object in my hand is very real, and very deadly." "If I were a more dramatic person, I might say something like, 'Bang'." Each sphere now flies towards a target, exploding in a green and white blast, some take massive chunks out of arms and legs, others instead pulverize bone into powder. Dackly simply Cackles that much more, hopping on Gozer's Shoulders to blast DT Warrior Battalion B with Petrify, at the same time Gozer Detonates his Deleterious Bombs, Spending 10 Earthen Emeralds in order to make it deal it's AoE Damage to every enemy in this combat.

Team G.I -- (CHECK, 10, 9, 14, 19) Ambassador Jun Uses Diplomancy to force civilians to evacuate more quickly, but words can only do so much! Two Civvies escapes Building A as a result of this. Frigus's Barrier Falls, and he tries to help people escape the building instead. One Civvie escapes Building A as a result of this. Masked Man uses Ramp Up! If he is afflicted by a negative effect or damaged, his stats will increase by 20% until combat ends! Kusuke moves the Flaming and Unconscious Gangsters out of Combat! (CHECK, 3, 14) YOUCH! Kusuke takes 2 Damage from those dumbass flames by mistake while doing so. (CHECK, 8d4=16) Satomi uses Structural Repair on Building E, Restoring it to a nearly pristine state! (CHECK) Lilly Calls out again, and this time receives a response, A Child! There's one of those! Trapped in the bathroom of Building D, Second floor, Room 3! Even if none of these buildings are very damaged, that should probably be dealt with anyway, regardless of Ongoing Parahuman Assault. (CHECK, 18, 11, 13, 2) Ambassador Jun tries to recruit people to help people escape, he manages to get 3 people, who themselves try to get others escaping! A shit ton of people are escaping Building A as a result of this. "That's fucking Lung!" The civvie says to Harry as a response to his question. He also heals people leaving with his professional medical aid, more than a few have shattered window syndrome, due to a few windows being shattered in the fight. (CHECK, 11, 12) Mirri Smacks the flaming gangsters with her cloak repeatedly, trying to put out the fire. She keeps doing that, yeah. Ambassador Jun moves on to Building B! Building A uses Evacuate! Causing A Shit Ton of People to Escape the building and get the hell out of there. Thanks to Organization, Frigus manages to get more people out of the building than normal! A shit ton of people are escaping Building A as a result of this. Building A Is Clear! Getting stung in the eyeball, Lung Explodes in flames again, Eradicating it. He's now permanently on fire. Through the fire, the party can see something that looks like a smug posture. He's found the person he was looking for, and strides in a direction with confidence. Proditor takes 3 damage from the wave of flames. Using his speed and powers, Kusuke helps people out of building E! One Civvie escapes Building E as a result of this. Gwin uses Bulwark, Blocking Building A from further Assault! Building B uses Evacuate! Causing 2 People to Escape the building and get the hell out of there. RX Calvera is unable to Help Building A much more at this point, making one final pass through the building to make absolutely sure. Building C uses Evacuate! Causing 2 People to Escape the building and get the hell out of there. Building D uses Evacuate! Causing 1 Person to Escape the building and get the hell out of there. (CHECK, 10, 3) Proditor powers through the pain, assaulting Lung's Mind with Mind Fray, the Man drops to a Knee for a moment, Screaming in what seems to be pain. Lung takes damage from poison. Status Initiative Team Warehouse -- "Getting them legally will be hard for you. Will that be a problem?" "There should be some Merchant Drug Dens nearby. We could scout those out, and steal any money or guns that aren't nailed down." Pausing for a moment, she continues. "Uhh, not literally, mind you. We don't do that, if you were wondering." Map

Team G.I -- Ambassador Jun boosts his Dex with A.G.I.L.E, Crashing through a window in Building A un-gracefully, and begins helping. Ambassador Jun is Halping Building A. Journeyman Frigus uses Barrier on Building A, Surrounding it in a protective field. Masked Man uses Ramp Up, if they take damage or are affected by a malus due to combat, they gain +20% to all stats until Combat ends. (CHECK) Kusuke uses Rewinding Powers to try and rewind building A, but he only manages a small amount of rewinding, and catches Jun in the effect by mistake. Building A is now Very Lightly Singed. Gwin uses Change Class, and Changes to Defense Mode. (CHECK) Satomi uses Structural Repair, Completely repairing Building C with Rapid Maintenance and Patching. Lilly uses Voice of Heart to try and contact people in the buildings to guide them away. (CHECK) She hopes that it helps, somewhat, as the pesky humans don't seem to be keen on sending those sweet psychic waves back yet. Ambassador Jun is Halping. One Person Escapes Building A! Harry Delays his turn, preparing a Reactional Action! Mirri uses Stunner Blaster Volley on the Gangster Group A, dealing (1d100=72) (1d3+6=8) (1d100=80) (1d3+6=7) (RES Check, 4, 13) 15 Damage! 3/5 of Gangster Group A are left Unconscious and Donezo. (CHECK) Gangster Group A Escapes, leaving behind their 3 Buddies! (CHECK) Gangster Group B Escapes! They run past everyone, screaming, crying, and smoking in the literal way. Ambassador Jun is Halping. One Person Escapes Building A! Building A uses Evacuate! Causing One Person to Escape the building and get the hell out of there. Frigus goes inside the building, trying to help people escape faster. Frigus is now Halping Building A. The Masked Man suddenly explodes due to his Pyrokinetic Explosion, both with rage, and with a swirling sphere of fire, this, along with killing off all the bugs near him, Singes everyone nearby! (RES Failed) Proditor takes 3 Damage from the roiling flames that leap out at him, his completely unarmored form becoming Singed! The Buildings all around become slightly more Singed! Gangster Group A is now on Fire! (1d100=38) Proditor is Stunned from pure fear! Due to Building C being in Perfect Health, Kusuke uses Rewind Powers on Building E instead, (2, 19) But it completely fails, and Kusuke feels Exhausted as the effect cracks and fizzles out. He takes 3 Damage due to Stamina Loss. Gwin Forgoes his second action. He probably should not have done so. Building B uses Evacuate! Causing One Person to Escape the building and get the hell out of there. RX uses Blinding Light, giving them enough light to Immediately find someone and help them out! RX is Halping building B, allowing one person to Escape! Building C uses Evacuate! Causing Two People to Escape the building and get the hell out of there. Building D uses Evacuate! Causing One Person to Escape the building and get the hell out of there. Proditor is too busy Screaming to do much of anything. Building E uses Evacuate! Causing One Person to Escape the building and get the hell out of there. The Masked Man Takes 10 Damage from Poison. The Masked Man Takes 10 Damage from Bug Bites. All of The Masked Man's Stats are increased by 20%. Proditor takes 1 Damage from Singed. Using Calm Instructions and Healing, Harry's Reactive Action results in much happier citizens leaving the Warzone! More Bugs arrive, they seem to be ignoring you at worst, and trying to find a way to help you at best. The Masked Man's skin is beginning to change, metallic Triangular Scales are poking from it, and his hands are becoming more claw-like. His clothing is burnt. He knows the Party is here, but seems to be completely ignoring them in lieu of finding whoever is responsible for this bug swarm. What might be a Derisive snort is emitted, before he explodes again, burning more bugs away. Status Initiative Team Warehouse -- (CHECK) Somatotrope and Arminus arrive at the Warehouse, seemingly unscathed. "Well, here we are, Home Sweet Home. There isn't too much here, considering I haven't done anything with the place yet." Within Spitting distance is the topic discussed a while back, the Boat Graveyard, Arminius might see through an open Garage Door in the warehouse. Closer now, one can see that it is something very dreary, even without intentional design, the sight evokes a feeling of hopelessness. A graveyard to man's works and freedoms. Map

"The easiest bombs to get here aren't really for the explosion, but are kinda like guns too, We call them grenades, and they are essentially bombs covered in metal parts, when the bomb goes off, the metal fragments fly out at incredible speed, usually killing anyone close enough to them." "There's also Plastic Explosives, and a few other things, I think there's a Tinker up in Oregon who makes Spray on Explosive Putty, but that isn't cheap, if you are just looking for something concussive."

Pausing, Somatotrope rephrases what she said, trying to bridge the contextual gap. "It's basically... A tiny Handcannon that shoots tiny pellets at high speed, has about 10 or 20 shots before you have to reload it? Think of it like... A slingshot, but it can kill a human in as little as a single shot, through most armor that isn't either as thick as a tree or made of special materials."

"Guns aren't hard to come by. An Assault rifle might let you take care of business at a distance, and they pair well with my power." Soma continues Vaguely to Arminius, as they proceed onward.

"They like to tag their territory, The Merchants usually only take territory that the other gangs don't care enough to take for themselves." "There are apparently Dog-fights ran by Hookwolf, and I think Lung owns a Casino of some kind. Other than that, no." She responds in turn.

Team G.I -- The group rushes towards the Madness Ensuing nearby, discovering a shirtless masked man and several panicking gangsters. The Man is the one responsible for the fire, which he is flinging outward to kill off as many of the bugs as possible. The bugs are attacking the Gangsters and the Man, and effectively as well, as several of them are poisonous ones, such as Wasps and Spiders. A few buildings have been struck by flames, but nothing has caught fire yet, much to the relief of everyone trying to get out of their homes. The swarm of bugs isn't sure what to do about the Party. Status Initiative Team Warehouse -- "Let's get moving, the heroes will probably start arriving like clockwork, with this spectacle going on." Soma says, starting a brisk pace in the general direction of the Docks area. It seems it will take a short while on foot to reach the Warehouse. Map

(CHECK) The Dragon flies immediately into the foggy air, checking to see what they can see. More Fire, some guys running away, but mostly, a cloud of bugs obscuring sight, save for when it is eradicated by a gout of flame.

"Well, unless it's one of several other possibilities, or Lung is very upset with some very dead person, in which case it would be an uphill battle if we all took him on at the same time with perfect coordination." "The problem is, If that's Lung, Fighting him will make him grow larger and stronger, He's taken on entire Protectorate Teams and won with a power like that." "If you guys want to do this, I won't stop you, but Him getting bigger and stronger could mean more destruction to the surrounding area." She says. "My own power won't be much help, unless one of you have something really special in mind."

Responding to a few of the general Questions, Soma starts speaking again. "Well, It depends, I guess none of you plan on actually JOINING one of the hero teams, since we're supposed to move around and stuff, There's The Protectorate, who are basically America's premiere heroing organization, though in this city, they mostly just maintain the status quo, and desperately try to keep things from getting worse, instead of making them better. Along with the Protectorate, there's The Wards, who are basically Junior Heroes, and they both work under the PRT. If you wanted to get anything done and not just pose for pictures and do quiet patrols, I wouldn't work with them too closely." "Then there's New Wave, they used to be a group of heroes who believed in personal accountability, and didn't keep secret identities, but now it's mostly just the Dallon Family and the Pelhams, ever since Fleur got killed in his home by a Gang member from the E88. He got killed by Kaiser personally, if that helps you understand the severity of the Unwritten rules. After that, nobody was really on board with the New Wave Philosophy, considering the danger." "There's the Merchants, a Gang with like, two or three capes, Skidmark, Squealer, and Mush. They sell drugs, and are generally the scummiest and worst kind of people." Lung is strong enough to be a force of nature in his own right, and Oni Lee is a massive pain to deal with. They deal in Drugs and Prostitution mainly, and kidnap girls to force into service.
