Byxbision's being more awkward than usual, and a couple collectathon side quests are on the fritz, but I don't remember seeing anyhting on there being bugs in the main story. If anyone knows something I don't on that particular front, feel free to correct me.
When you continue from E17, everything story-wise is bug free. The only glitch that was particularly noticeable was that one sidequest whose dialogue was in a loop. Commander posted a fix patch for that so you can check later on.
