  1. So, I bought a New Nintendo 3DS yesterday, but apparently it has what's called a "Dead Pixel" and it seems like the issue is relatively uncommon; there's tons of forums with people that had the same problem. What do I do? It's not exactly game-breaking or anything, but it significantly reduces my gaming pleasure, knowing that there's this "one tiny, broken pixel". Do I just give it back , or..?

You should check your receipt, just to be sure. If you did buy a warranty, it should be listed on the receipt.

...TFW I'm so used to malfunctioning pixels at this point I don't even care. Both my DS and 3DS had them show up after a while. Basically in the exact same spot on both too, lol

Nintendo doesn't recognize it as a defect. Most likely to encourage customers to buy the warranty. They don't really fix it, rather they replace the defective half entirely.
