Well, trainers have pokemon that give EVs to stats you don't need, such as Attack EVs on Special Attackers, thus making it similar to 'not EV train' as in getting EVs that are non-optimal and makes EV reducing berries essential if you want to get perfect EVs when you have pokemon that have progressed through the story without giving it perfect EVs.

Yeah, I did find the dead policeman. Also, I've completely finished the story E15 wise so that can't be the problem. In one of the pictures, you can see that I rescued all of the policemen, even the growlithe that you get is there but the Chief isn't there. I checked at Corey's gym and I didn't see anyone there.

Hello, as you are nearly all aware, you need to find the 5 policemen to get a growlithe, however, the chief of the Police Department seems to never show up, even though I'm sure I found all 5 policemen. Any help will be appreciated.

I don't think you can get a kings rock in version 6, so you can just save your game inside of the pokemon center in Akuwa Town, revert to version 5 and get it from the beach and go back inside the pokemon center and save.

Where do you catch a Smeargle? I've been looking in Mysidia Cave for quite a while and never found one... EDIT: I finally found one after a CLEAN hour after I posted this. :/

What are the stats/ability that the solrock/lunatone combo have? Is it worth getting one?

Torterra - A or A- rank Obtainable: Starter Pokemon Abilities: Overgrow (great for clutch STAB grass attacks) or hidden ability Shell Armor (prevents crits) Moves: Wood Hammer (relearner), Leech Seed, Synthesis, Earthquake, Crunch, Curse Useful battles: Keta, Marianette, Narcissa + Has a monstrous attack stat with some very powerful STAB moves + Learns STAB Earthquake at level 32 which allows it to destroy anything that doesn't resist it semi-early + Good bulk and has immunity to electric type attacks + Decent sustain due to leech seed/synthesis - Has common weaknesses including fire, flying and 4x weakness to ice - Has an abysmal speed stat which allows it to be OHKO'd by many ice pokemon (recommended to use a Quick Claw to patch it's low speed)

For me, it'll have to be Valerie as Tidal wave hits like a truck on everything that doesn't resist it. The stage also made it much harder as you can't even use EQ on that lantern and it has that berry that allows it to take 1 grass type move. I was super lucky with my Torterra activating quick claw 4 times in a row.
