I do know a simple way to cook it. Just slice em up kinda thin, roll them in either seasoned frying flour or batter, and fry them up until golden brown. We usually serve them with as snacks, but sometimes they're main course with like fried chicken and served with sambal terasi, spicy condiment made with fermented shrimp

ohh i see. well i wouldn't eat the meat anyway but having it as a snack sounds good. i'll try it some time if i get the chance!
