    I would have a combination of 6 differently typed pokémon that were really strong but not often used. (Do those even exist?) And The obstacle would be 4 very strong monotype trainers who have to be battled all in one go without leaving.

    why does cubone have lightning rod? It's unafected by all damaging electric moves so only status electric moves do ANYTHING and even then, they only raise SpAtk which isn't exactly a desirable stat for cubone.. The other option is rock head, which only affects Double-edged which I never use anyway...

      Again, no you aren't. Originally Lightningrod only redirected the atack, it didn't make you immune to it nor did it raise SpAtk. Those were added later. So yeah, back in Gen 3 giving Lightningrod to Ground-type Pokemon made A LOT of sense...

      Imo it is way more fun than x and y. So many more new and innovative features, it is the 3rd closest thing to reborn (gamecube games come 2nd) You could make nearly any team you want. All the worthwhile battling pokemon are in it. I have red and blue team for each game, featuring all the games respective legendaries.
