The first one is probably the Best. 2 is a bit different feel wise and was made by another team then the original. Bloodborne is like... completely different and is only on PS4. ((so that might be an issue.)). THough depending on how one looks at that it might be a good palce to start since it's Souls-esque but different enough that even if you don't end up liking Souls it's still worth picking up. At his point I DO NOT recommend Demon Souls. While personally I still love that one...

It's got a few of those "First of it's kind" issues. There's a lot of oddities in it that sorta sully the experience a bit. If you really REALLy start liking Souls, I do recomend going back fi you can get ahold of a cpy since it's still a very good game, just keep in mind it has it's.... issues lol. imo you can start on any of them. Mechanically they each vary in slightly different ways but they're still the same a the core. And there's no overt story contnuity either so it's not like you'll be lost in the sory anymore if you play them out of order.
