I tip my hat off to the development team for breathing new life into Desolation, one of my favorite fangames of all time. Special credit goes to Ruby for the amazing artwork (Scarlett looks so cute)

I am so glad to hear that Desolation is coming back and that @Caz is safe and sound. It's been ages since I last saw Scarlett and I'm more than happy to see her again.

@MhicKyI feel the same way about D-maxing/G-maxing; of the three in-battle gimmicks it's easily my least favorite of the trio. Like you said, Jan's decision to make it work just like a Mega Evolution is the best way to handle it, though I assume you can only use one or the other in a battle if that's the case. As to why Gamefreak created D-maxing/G-maxing, I assume it's an attempt at giving Sw&Sh their unique battle mechanic to breathe some fresh air into the game.

A bit of a silly question, but is it considered taboo to post a fan-fic on more than one site? I ask this because a friend of mine told me that it wasn't a good idea to do so.

This time we're taking a look at Melia's 2nd appearance, Rorim B, Crawli, Angie, Texen (ugh), Amber, Tesla, Crescent and Jenner. As you can see, Rorim B finally got a finalized design and will have redone battle and VS sprites to reflect these changes to his appearance in V13! Next to that, this is the first time you're getting a proper look at what Crescent looks like.

Magnificent artwork Zumi, your efforts will always be appreciated by the community and serve as an inspiration to us all. As expected, my favorite of the bunch would have to be Melia, with Amber coming in at second place.

yeah i'm. totally not putting off other rejuv work because i have brainrot and i decided it's a good idea to do more official art anyways instead of working on the gmax sprites or anything, haha,,Will definitely be looking forward to this batch when it gets released; no need to rush though, we're all more than willing to wait patiently.

I agree with @Chrixai in that people should keep the romance discussion to a minimum; Jan and Zumi have already expressed their thoughts on it and we should respect their decision. Besides, if you really want your romantic fix, then you can always write a short story about it.

Like I said previously, I had the sketches all ready to go, so I figured I'd just go ahead and finish the rest today. Here's the Blacksteeple Castle arc crew, featuring Valarie, Saki, Adam, Nancy, Neved and finally, Madame X!
Oh, and if the art seems a little out of proportion it's because all the resized versions are at 800px height. You can find a link to the proper full resolution artwork in the official art thread as per usual, along with icons of the characters!
The art looks incredible as always; my favorite from this batch would have to be Valarie as it does a good job of expressing her personality.

@MhicKy @Gastronely @Edo I greatly appreciate your kind words, but I'm more than willing to let bygones be bygones in this instance as it was just a simple misunderstanding. Now let us all get back to appreciating Zumi's fantastic artwork.
