    dangit, i saw Bounty Hunters in the title of that new RP concept and got excited, then I saw it was for One Piece, which I know nothing about.@Jory

      It's honestly not necessary to have background knowledge. All you really need to know is how Devil Fruits work and that like 95% of the world in One Piece is an ocean. It's all piratey and awesome. When I get around to making the OOC, I'll have a couple of sample characters up.
