You need a female Litwick or evolution of it to get a Litwick offspring. Either one of the parents need to have Heat Wave in its current moves. The Pokemon have to be in the same Egg Group or using a Ditto as the other Pokemon to actually mate. I recommend reading the Breeding Guide.

Super Dangan Ronpa 2. That mystery game with pink blood and Monokuma. Never played it myself but the anime for Dangan Ronpa was pretty awesome. My friend who did play Dangan Ronpa before the anime came out however said it was literally the same thing but hey, I didn't know that and it was GREAT!

Vita's a great console. It gives you easy access to old classics and games that you probably missed out on. Vita games are pretty lackluster what with Patapon and Rogue Legacy, games like that seem to undermine the Vita in my opinion. However, if you like JRPGs, the Vita is the console for you.

Arbok, Dragalge and Weezing are pretty good Poison types. Arbok has Glare and Acid Spray, as well as Crunch. Dragalge learns Water and Dragon moves while having crazy Sp.Def. Weezing is a solid wall and can use Explosion

Good luck on doing this with Reborn. Going against Julia is like playing poker with RNJesus. One Selfdestruct and it might be Game Over. Needless to say, you aren't going to be able to overlevel the Gym and you'd have to resort to massive EV training. Marshtomp with Damp is probably the best, Grass Pokemon with Mega Drains probably do a good job too. Charmeleon has Dragon Rage. Quilava can spam Defense Curl and Totodile can Flail to victory. After that, your best bet would probably be Monferno with Nasty Plot sweeps if you can get Common Candy or Rollouts from Pignite.

Whimsicott, Lilligant and Ludicolo are great Grass Pokemon. Darmanitan with Sheer Force is a beast. Galvantula, Meowstic an Amoongus (though I don't like it) are really good supporters. Quagsire for pseudo-Swampert.

Woah PLOT TWIST! That'd be pretty sick actually. But we need some sort of reason, and having a speechless protagonist is gonna make it a bit hard. Still, very cool. I personally wouldn't like Pulse Pokemon. Cause while they're cool and all, Reborn is probably the best fanmade Pokemon game with no Fakemon. I'm looking at you Insurgence. The Fakemon there really puts me off from playing the game when all I want is to have another great story with the Pokemon I know and love. Reborn's Fakemon are few and far between and fits in with the story really well. Plus, they're not truly Fakemon.
