I don't remember how much I recieved for the conquest. I was on team Megaman on the first one and didn't get shit because Mario won 60:40 Second one I had quite a few points due to me being a Bowser main. I think I scored ~14 points and Bowser won like 70:30. I got an equipment piece and some smash coins. I have yet to play for glory since the last conquest. Every time I played smash since then, it was with you losers. I believe The current conquest mode is Brawlers, Gunners, and Swordwielders. I play a lot of Lil' Mac, Fox, and Samus, so let's see how this conquest matches up for me.

Send me your friend code and I would be happy to play with you. Also, people in Europe, Japan, and the U.S. seem to have different tastes. I see tons of Lil' Mac, captain falcon, Ganondorf, and Bowser family online. I also never fought a DDD. There are tons of characters I haven't fought yet now that I think about it. Some of the European people I fought seemed to like Shulk and Robin. I also faced some hella good Marios. I also hate fighting Pits. And DHD is a douche. Almost no one I fought online knows how to deal with my Yoshi or Samus though . I also surprise a lot of people by actually being good with Lil' Mac.

Nothing about p5 is known other than it exists. P4U actually is designed around merging plot points of p3 and p4. Nothing else.

As a Shiek main I hafta admit. I am not really feeling Shiek. When I want to play a speed character who isn't lil Mac, I go Fox or Yoshi. Shiek has a great poke game and "keep people off stage" game. But she is kinda boring to me atm. Smash 4 is a very stylish game compared to previous entries and Fox and Yoshi's Rush down, combos, and agro tactics fit my personality well. Also Mael, Kaito, and Inuki are douches.

I am leaning on Fox, Yoshi, Lil' Mac, Robin, Samus, Bowser, and Shiek the most atm. Though I did get pretty good with Ike, Lucario, Charizard, Rosalina, Sonic, and Pikachu.

Planning on doing some tournies later today. I also updated the rules thread. I added some side rules and removed Tomadachi Life as a counter pick stage.

It is worth buying in my opinion, nearly twice the characters, new stories and game modes. And everyone got reworked. Just don't get the game if you have no intention to play it.

Food for thought. Two big smash 4 tournaments just went down, one in Japan and one in New York. The top 3 New York tourney winners were using... 1st Diddy Kong 2nd Robin 3rd ROB Top 4 in Japan were... 1st Diddy Kong 2nd Palutena 3rd Lucario 4th Ganondorf

Only real threat to beedrill imo is Mega Mawile... I am pretty sure Beedrill gets Brick Break. Also, I don't think Beedrill will be good unless they raise it's speed to a decent amount. Mega Pidgeot is cool, but I don't see it being a threat, It is essentially an unscarfable Tornadus.

Also, there will be more than one tourney most likely, and they are nothing serious. The only prize we are offering is bragging rights. Part of the reason we are doing this right now is to test the waters of throwing tournies, so that when we do host a legit one we will know exactly what to do. As for my errands, I should finish them all by late Friday afternoon. Unless I procrastinate.

There is a friend code thread that exists already. You can exchange friend codes for friendly matches, but you will be joining a host's game, which will most likely be Maelstrom or myself.

you can use anyone that isn't the Mii. The first match is a blind pick, the second. Match is not... I am pretty sure I mentioned that you can freely change characters.

Knowing where people stand would make setting up larger scale tourneys a lot easier.
