Fishing for Horsea in the wrong cave for like two hours. I was convinced at that point its encounter rate was lower than a shiny Pokemon. I yelled profanity at my screen every time I fished a stupid Remoraid.

What is your favorite Pokemon rom hack? I personally had the most fun nuzlocking Drayano's Sacred Gold and Blaze Black. I tried some other hacks like Ashgray and Perfect Platinum which both I never completed 'cuz I found them too boring and predictable. I heard good stuff about Light Platinum so I'm trying that one next. Interested to know what other hacks everyone else in here like.

Haha. My first was Yellow, too, but I actually loved my OP Pikachu. It was so overleveled I still remember my shock when it OHKO'd LT Surge's Raichu using Slam and that wasn't even a crit! Good times.

Wow, thanks for the long reply. I just wanna point out something before commenting that I mainly used these Pokemon 'cuz they're some of my favorites. I'm well aware that some are complete trash in battle. Right, that's exactly my line of thought about it. Although, my main concern was that I might never be able to have the opportunity to setup. Two turns is a lot of time in Reborn and I fear that by then Kingdra will be dead and if not, will only have enough HP to KO a single Pokemon. So, I'm thinking the trade of three turns to KO one poke is prolly not worth it. I definitely however would love to test it but I've just completed EP14 and I'm not sure if there's any place to test the new set properly (the wild won't do obviously). Can't argue with your points. I raised this one mainly 'cuz it was the only Poke I had at the time that could outspeed Charlotte's leads to setup Trick Room for Kingdra to come in and sweep. I can definitely do without Jynx and replace her with an Ice type as I heard somewhere I'm gonna need one for the next episode. Haha no it doesn't. Sylveon is also one of the newcomers in my team 'cuz of the next episode and also 'cuz I never used one before in-game and thought this was a good opportunity to. Your suggestions make sense, thx. Hey hey! This is Deja Vu. I discovered the game last week thanks to Shofu's LP and been addicted to it ever since. Just beat Charlotte after an infinite amount of attempts. I originally thought my Jolly Sharpedo was gonna be my win condition but MAN WAS I SO DELUSIONAL! I eventually dumped it in the Trash box and replaced it with Kingdra who took me an awful lot of time to evolve it for two reasons: First, I had a mega brain fart and thought the item needed for it to evolve was King's Rock 'cuz u know, KINGdra [insert facepalm gif here]. Second, it took me HOURS to realize I was fishing for Horsea in the wrong cave (Celestinine Cave) [insert epic fail meme here]. That part almost drove me nuts as I started cursing violently at those 9472543 damn Remoraid. sigh Anyway, I've been having a blast with Reborn. Thanks for designing it and looking forward to be a part of this seemingly-awesome community. Cheers.
