Fondest Memory of playing Pokemon
Daniel Blackworth replied to AllymyMan's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
In Reborn: That moment when i successfully Horn Drill'd 3 of Noel's pokemon with my Seaking and having the other of his pokemon suffer to Azumarill's Rollout. In XY: That moment when my Delphox and Blastoise finally reached Level 100. It was awesome!!! Those two were my fondest memories. -
Oshawott!!! Too adorable to ever say no to..

I think there's a script in Opal Ward that allows the weather to be changed when forwarding the date to a week later.

First Point: You're saying that you can't use field effects to your advantage without changing your team ... but there are still ways to beat a gym leader without really using the field. I myself find other ways to beat a gym leader by using other strategies. I'm not that good of a player but I can work my way up even without the best pokemon, trained evs, and good ivs because I think of the best way to overcome an obstacle. Second Point: I believe that this game is really the BEST pokemon game I've ever played because the character of the game really have personalities not just there to be battled and then gives you a badge for your victory. The story is awesome and it's not all about becoming the champion or beating an evil team, you actually get to make choices and interact with the characters. Third Point: There is actually a reason for going to a location, not just going there to be getting a badge and then going to another place. I absolutely love the arc about going to Kiki's place for the purpose of helping the kidnapped children. Bottomline, there's a purpose for every decision you make. Fourth Point: The graphics are really good if you ask me. It's load better than other fan games I've played and if you want the whole region to just be that dark apocalyptic world, then you have a really depressing thought about life. Also, a region is composed of different environments and not just a stereotype place. I for one find the location really unique and I absolutely love exploring the overworld. Fifth Point: The difficulty is different with other games , since there really is a point for the difficulty and it's not ultimately hard unlike other hacks who make excuses by adding overleveled pokemon. Conclusion: If you don't want it, then better deal with it because you can't just waltz in and complain about the game, unless IF you have really reasonable reasons or if you have created a hack that is ultimately perfect. By the way: I don't listen to the music actually so my view on it is okay and I have no problems with it. I tried listening to it once, and all I can say is it's good even though I'm not a fan of songs without lyrics.

Main Games: Jasmine from Johto. Although I'm totally not a fan of Gen 2 and the Johto Region, she's just so kind, caring, and definitely cute. And her reappearance in Diamond,Pearl, and Platinum to give HM Waterfall totally put a smile to my face. Reborn: Definitely Julia. Her lines in E15 made me like her as a character and her being funny without even trying was actually cool.

And the winner of the poll is .... the ever diverse Normal type. As soon as I complete my other save's Episode 15, I'm gonna start posting updates for my Mono Normal Run. Tnx for everybody who voted! And may good luck follow in my run. Can you give me good suggestions for team members of my Normal Mono Run? Thank you all!

Hey Popping Pelipper, welcome to the Reborn Community. Hope you enjoy the game and I'm also a fan of Fire Emblem (although I'm not very good at it). Enjoy your stay .

How far is the current demo? I would really like to try it right now.

Rock Smash is so weak to be helpful at all and the defense doesn't drop always. I guess Cut's better than Rock Smash

@Arkhidon : Yep, I've read the entire Divergent Trilogy and Four and in my opinion, it was awesome although it was kind of sad because -
Hey guys, I've been lurking in this forum for already more than 3 months and I actually forgot to introduce myself. To introduce myself, I'm Mr. Divergent. I'm from the Pearl of the Orient Seas, the Philippines and I started being a pokemon fan since 2006. Let's move on to favorites. And.... my favorite type is the Water Type. They're just so amazing and cute especially Oshawott. My favorite pokemon is ... Empoleon and my favorite region is Unova. I'm also a big fan of books, especially the series made by Rick Riordan (Percy Jackson, Heroes of Olympus, Kane Chronicles) and to all bookworms out there, my warmest hello to you all. - Mr. Divergent By the way: Check out my topic in Team Showcase: Mono Type Run Link:http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=14754 I'm planning to do another mono type run after my Water Run. So pls vote for what type I should do in that topic. Tnx.

I'd like to start another mono type run in Pokemon Reborn when E15 is released but I'm having difficulty in choosing which type I should use, so I need your help in choosing one out of six types because I decided that it would be easier if I would reduce the choices. So these are the following types: Psychic, Dark, Fighting, Normal, Ground, and Flying For Fighting and Ground, please specify your preference regarding starters. Tnx for your help.

Based from the topic title, I have a concern regarding the Blazing Fire types and their weaknesses. It's kind of unfair for the other types because all the fire type needs is just to learn a grass type move like Solarbeam or Grass Knot and all its weaknesses are eliminated (ground, rock, and water). I guess that's what makes Charlotte a force to reckon with along with her field effect. Do you think Nintendo should add another weakness to fire or just leave it as it is?

I like Vaporeon for its looks and for its moveset. Also, Water types are my favorite Second would be Slyveon. It's just so cute... but can hit you hard. I'd like a Steel Eeveelution though...

Shelly's gym or Shade's gym? I suggest you include the moves of your pokemon so that we can make a strategy to beat the 4th gym leader. For Shelly: I suggest you get that Drought Vulpix and burn her forest field then sweep. For Shade: I suggest Speed Boost Sharpedo. Well its strong enough to sweep Shade's team or any other dark type mons or moves.

Finding Water-Type Pokemon (Monorun Team)
Daniel Blackworth replied to Daniel Blackworth's question in On the Hunt
Well, the reason I was able to beat Tangrowth was first I had to make it rain then keep hitting it with Aerial Ace. And Steel Gem plus Metal Claw for Prinplup and Normal Gem plus Horn Attack for Goldeen.- 15 replies

Finding Water-Type Pokemon (Monorun Team)
Daniel Blackworth replied to Daniel Blackworth's question in On the Hunt
I defeated the Tangrowth yesterday and now I'm having trouble with Head Instructor Florinia. My Current Team: Prinplup Lv. 25 (Water) Ability: Defiant ,Naive Nature Moves: BubbleBeam, Cut, Metal Claw, Peck Ducklett Lv. 25 (Water/Flying) Ability: Hydration , Lonely Nature Moves: Aerial Ace, BubbleBeam, Aqua Ring, Feather Dance Goldeen Lv. 25 (Water) Ability: Lightningrod, Gentle Nature Moves: Horn Attack, Aqua Ring, Water Pulse, Flail Lombre Lv. 23 (Water/Grass) Ability: Own Tempo , Relaxed Nature Moves: Bubble, Absorb, Water Sport, Mist So, Florinia's Desert Field is one of my main problems here. My Lombre's Mist can turn the field into Misty Terrain but it's only for 5 turns. Maractus, Breloom, and Grotle get easily defeated by my Ducklett but after it beats them it becomes Level 26 and then it starts to disobey me. Prinplup manages to beat Cradily (Although it takes around 5 minutes of Metal Claw) and then Ferroseed is a very big problem to my team with Sandstorm, Leech Seed, and the Iron Barbs. So can you give me some tips on how to beat her Ferroseed and the last pokemon (I forgot)?- 15 replies

Hey, guys! I need your help in finding early water-type pokemon for my monorun team. I'm currently in the PULSE Tangrowth event in Obsidia Ward, Reborn City and that Tangrowth is such a big problem for my water-types. My Current Team: Prinplup Lv. 24 (Water) Ability: Defiant ,Naive Nature Moves: BubbleBeam, Cut, Metal Claw, Peck Ducklett Lv. 24 (Water/Flying) Ability: Hydration , Lonely Nature Moves: Aerial Ace, BubbleBeam, Aqua Ring, Feather Dance Goldeen Lv. 23 (Water) Ability: Lightningrod, Gentle Nature Moves: Horn Attack, Aqua Ring, Water Pulse, Flail I'm looking for the Lotad in Coral Ward but I visited the place on a rainy day and it wasn't there. What are the conditions so that I would be able to meet it? And is Ludicolo a worthy pokemon for your party? Are there other good water pokemon you can get early-in-game? Can you give me strategies so that I would be able to beat that Tangrowth? And for Florinia in Onyx Ward? Thanks! Hoping for your help.
