It's really slow to start up, so the first 3 or 4 chapters are a bit of a slog, but otherwise, yeah! It's great. It's different and I really like it and the storytelling is great. If you can get hold of the translation patch for the psp version it's really good, but the original is also awesome too.

Information seems a tad sparse rn, but it appears as if it'll be updated graphics, UI (There's some nice comparison pics on the steam page), and all the features from the DS version. I have no idea what DS had that PSP didn't, I only ever played the DS one. Also Steam Achievements and the like as well as, Controller/Keyboard/Mouse support. I'm just hoping they keep Prinny Commentary in.

I am more interested in the features later installments introduced, that make grinding a bit less painful (because seriously, the amount of level grinding required by D1 was atrocious, and made it virtually impossible to focus on the story). If this new version has none of that, might as well stick to what I already have.

Went down to see my sister for a day and a half, then when I got back, went to Symphonic Evolutions, which was incredible. This was a good weekend.

Going out of town to visit my sister tomorrow, and when I get back sunday, it's off to Symphonic Evolutions!
