The only dead one so far that could be mafia is Hypurr. Purple is confirmed town. @Paul25 I am not part of the KC. I was attacked, but there has already been a mafia kill. So we're thinking about the possible culprits that attacked me. KC is a possibility. If it was them, then they are not killing off KC members. I'll wait for people to speak, because right now the same people are talking and we don't have any valuable info yet. If the King gets some form of protection from their council, it would be nice if they had info to share and could help us lynch someone. ~~~ Is this a Monty Python reference?

@Alaris You know, I thought they'd get that impression as well, and felt somewhat safe that I wouldn't be targeted. Given how gruesome the descriptions of the previous deaths were, I believe it was either the KC or a 3rd party. I have been a respectable citizen, paid my taxes, and lost sleep trying to help town every night. I request some protection from now on.

@Roswell Alistair writes that you die if you don't fill in the criteria. You already know you've won the bid, and now all you have to do is post enough times. I think Jace means that the current court is killing the people that were in the court in WitchHunt. It would make me sad if it was the King's Court that killed me. yeah I'm not popular enough I would also like to point out that the people in KC are not necessarily town. Only the King is.

Hey, triple post! I wonder what that means!! Nhankiet claimed earlier that he got a gift. Now a gift killed someone. On another note, I was attacked last night. This should be important, because these days people kill me before D3 and that's not ok. I wanna play too. It's also important because it shows that either the mafia faction can kill multiple times per night (ie finite number of special abilities), or there's a 3rd party that can. Was anyone watching my home?

That said, @CrimsonDragon21 I posted the votes because, as it's obvious, Lia was town. It's impossible to frame 5 people for someone's lynch (2 of which died, 1 after my message). Apply Occam's electric razor So it's probable mafia were in her bandwagon. We can start from there, and if someone investigated and got lucky, we'd get a lead on them. yes?

I don't think it was a mafia that killed bean. 1) Mafia roles that can shoot during the day usually have some drawback. At the top of my head, these roles come to mind, and are both from the same game. a. Illusionist (Mafia Bullet) who has 1 gun that can fire during the day and can frame someone (why miss the opportunity to frame Newt?) b. Sniper (Mafia Bullet) who can fire once per day, but doesn't know the other maf, nor can they communicate with them. Note that in said game all were given a gun per day phase, thus the abilites are powerful. Here the same does not apply, so if such an ability exists, it should have a significant handicap. 2) Bean is annoying, and as I've said before, when we have no idea whom to lynch, we usually pick him. Thus, it wouldn't really make sense for mafia to exterminate him, when they can kill someone else and let us lynch Bean. A townie dead is one less opponent, certainly, but if I were mafia (as Nhankiet implies) I'd pick someone who scumhunts more. 3) To have specifically chosen Bean for his role means that they i) investigated him N1 and found out he's powerful, ii) could communicate with le sniper. One case in which I think it makes sense for mafia to do so is... if they had already thought of what I wrote above or they just wanted to create chaos.

It's a bit tragic that when we have no idea whom to lynch, our go-to option is always Bean. If he dies, I'll roleplay as him @Jeff While it's probable, it is not certain. @sailboat So, nobody can talk with the dead, nor resurrect them. @CrimsonDragon21 The way you worded your response just made me see clearly. @everyone, If you've received protection or ... guns, it's better not to tell. It would however help if you found out you were roleblocked/healed/transported/injured/witched/etc @Jace Stormkirk I did too. I wanted to know if a Dolan/Werewolf role was in the game, but the riddle is obviously well-known.

Adapting roles from other games is the main focus tho I'm trying to check what's possible. Roles are not alignment-specific, with some exceptions of course (eg King). If it's possible, I'd like to ask from people to reveal if something happened to them during the night. This way we can find out some of the roles that exist.

@sailboat @Alaris Worse thing is, there have been games on this club with the Janitor role, so it is a possibility (eg Amaria) Dive has also created roles with mixed abilities in the past so there's also that. However, based on the horrendous description, I also thought of this It resembles my idea of !?!?! from another game, but it's not revealed yet, so it could be something similar (thus Dive claiming it's unique) Granny's possible for Venus's death, but this line should be taken into account

@Corso I asked them to refrain completely from lynching, because I misunderstood the D1 rule. As for the voting on the King's Council, I said that it's better to first see your roles, and then vote. I explain why above. Mafia would change their if they found out they voted for a non-maf. Town don't have the luxury of knowing who's with them, so they'd be going in blind, and probably won't be changing their votes.

@Venus I'm sorry but that accusation of yours is illogical. You receive your role at the same time you receive your alignment. When I posted that, I included myself, since I hadn't received my role yet. Let's assume I'm mafia, just for the sake of the argument. 1) Why on earth would I post this on the general chat, instead of the private one mafia members have? Reminding everyone that the uninformed majority needs to make use of everything they got is in town's favor. 2) Votes are secret. Thus they can be changed and nobody will ever know. Mafias will try to push for their members to get in, anyway.Reminding people to be more careful might help a townie who doesn't really care about the vote or cant' see how to make use of what they can. We should also consider the possibility that the "open votes" can easily be efforts from mafia members to influence others into voting their own. Now on to elaboration. It makes sense for the King to think twice before voting, as they also get to pick one themselves, by bypassing the vote entirely. From my (short) experience with previous mafia games, there are roles that can create private chats, assist specific members and find alignment. There is a multitude of plans one can make in order to assist the KC, find out with certainty the members alignment, and even protect the ones you trust. In previous games some even had secret chats with specific others from the start of the game. Therefore, the role matters for any town member, as we can always assume with good probability who is going to be on the council, based on member's popularity. While some roles might not affect this in any way, others could (eg investigator checks A who declares they'll vote for B) Now. It's unsettling that you are trying to form a bandwagon on me on D1. However, I am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. I'll take it that you are trying hard to find hints, since we de facto have no better alternative. You could also be trying to get a reaction out of me (as you've done so in the past with other players), or so hints the "haha" reaction to my post. At the same time though, it's more unsettling that Paul was this eager to jump into my bandwagon, simply by trusting your words. So, while you Venus might be still town, Paul's more scumlean. This is from the Witch-Hunt game. I suppose the same is true for this one. This is also interesting regarding the KFC I see some people have not received their roles yet. I suggest to refrain from voting until you get yours. I also propose no lynch for today. We are quite blind as of yet.
