After a while OHKO can't go any further (even if it has the power to do 200% damage). Rock Head is the best you can have, if you can breed Head Smash to it. I suggest you do.

Mortal, I just wrecked a steel team with my poison monotype on showdown, so come forth to be punished for your overconfidence. A mono poison is possible in Reborn. Make sure you make a Skuntank wall. It will be helpful until you reach Luna

It is a held item, so it can work more than once. The rest of the point stands true. Give it Curse and some heavy attacks (like Hammer Arm) and you shouldn't have any problem.

Frillish is most probable to be in the desert as an event. You know, like a local lore which speaks of former abundance in the desert, until the "disaster". The water pokemon that used to live there died. One became a ghost. Aaaand it doesn't break the norm that most ghost pokemon are given to us via sidequests
