Actually Florges is right before Dark and Fighting gyms, so yeah, I don't know why people don't speak about it. I guess it's a bit tricky to find, it fits well in the forest and there's no toxic, but still... Ice is a great type offensively. Early Avalugg nullifies the chance of other ice types being used.
