I agree w/ you on the being ready thing, and if you say two weeks, then I'll stick to that as well. Might make my profile background pic that last shot of the intro after that time passes, however.

I went with two weeks because that would be savest bet as to whether or not those who are the most excited about it will have watched it, plus going off of the regular release, not the first exclusive one, it should be quite a save amount of time 

This seems like a reasonable enough take, actually. It'll still mess up the ever living daylights out of EV training, but seeing it's still a mainline game, I doubt that'll be particularly necessary for the story anyway.

i personally dont care at all about the balance in the core series, as it generally does not exist. i doubt that will be different this time around.

also im fairly sure theyve always tried balancing it around exp all as it sorta became their "default" option in gen VI and VII. unfortunately not using it tended to underlevel you while using it overleveled you in all of kalos. it also overleveled in the earlygame of alola but overall the level curve followed the exp all very well, making it fairly obvious that the games level curve was based on the idea of using exp all.

in either case i hope gamefreak follows your logic, but im not very hopeful.

I actually didn;t do the binge this time, v6 is still quite fresh in my memory, and I am NOT ready to rewatch v3

I'm not sure if I can EVER rewatch v3, and I saw it as it came out. Me and my friend joke about repressing PvP.

Re: v7 I'm very excited for the show, but my enthusiasm is dampened by choices that roosterteeth has made recently. In particular, I am very angry about the FIRST price hike, and I am especially irritated that Gen:LOCK season 2 will be streaming on HBO Max instead of the streaming service belonging to its actual creators, with a 90-day wait for the show on a platform I'll actually use. I just wish the makers of my favorite shows didn't work so hard to stop me from watching them as they come out, is all.

There was a time when they thought GenLock was gonna pull in tons of cash. Im still pretty mad they sacrificed RWBY chibi just to make it. but what really drove my money away is them forcing me to cancel my grandfathered priced first membership. V7 is their last chance to end the year on a high note
