There's really not that many trolls, so I guess you just got unlucky. In fact, most of my opponents don't even say a thing. Just play your game and try to have fun with it

easiest thing to do is just put any ragers on mute, anybody still willing to work with you to win keep off mute, but never ever focus on chat to the point where it distracts you. Just play your best, it is all you can do. You are the only constant in all of your games, so you are the only thing you can improve on.
