My Michalis is level 37 and has 2 less attack and 3 less defense but has significantly higher speed and slightly higher resistance compared to Cherche so I'd say its a pretty close match depending on how these last 3 levels go. I really wish I could get Hauteclere but that's locked until he reaches 5*.

Hm I'll get Michalis up to 40 without inheriting anything and see where he is. The problem with Cherche is she is way to slow. She can get doubled by a green unit if they manage to get her defense down.

How would you guys build Michalis? I feel kinda bad for overlooking him while I was working on Cherche. His stats don't seem too shabby. He's got much better speed than Cherche and already has some great abilities like Threaten Def and Iote's Shield. Should I give him a Brave Axe too?

Lucina's weak res is the only way I can see Fem-Corrin doing ok against Lucina and even then you'll need a dancer to babysit so you can get in the finishing blow on her. Also just realized that Renewal is a B skill, stick with that and get +3 Res to get even bulkier. Honestly if you really want a kill on Lucina, I highly recommend getting Male-Robin or if you're lucky Olwen.

Really? I thought she was pretty bulky. I would set her up to be a support tank. She already has Dark Breath so I would probably give her Renewal, Reciprocal Aid, Noontime and Res +3 to keep her alive for as long as possible and Threaten Res/Def to debuff enemies. Keep a mage/archer unit beside her at all times to make the most out of that Threaten Res/Def and possibly to heal her back up to full if needed. Wouldn't expect anything amazing out of her in the damage department so don't bother with speed.

Severa is the fucking bomb. Its a shame that she sucks in this game :,( If her attack was better I'd totally give her Galeforce just like in Awakening.

Play other games I guess. Whenever a new episode nears its release I take some time to look over my current team and set up for the new episode.

Yeah I think you should go with Fem-Robin. She is much more versatile against lance and mage units.

The +HP -Spd one doesn't sound too bad the -Def +Res one is just bleh. Cherche is fairly common I think I've gotten around 5 total and only worked on one of them. I think you said you needed a good green unit earlier so if you're really desperate I would just go with the +HP -Spd.

Ah geez I don't remember. She's a 4* and at level 40 she has 43 Health, 41 Attack (not counting any of the Attack+ skills), 15 Speed, 33 Defense, and 14 Resistance. She's great for physical baiting as any non-mage or archer unit will come to attack her but get cockblocked by her 33 Defense and Quick Riposte. Bonfire will ensure that unit doesn't get away with it. Its a shame though, my Cherche will never compete with this LEGEND.

Yeah I finally managed to beat that sonovabich Michalis with Cherche replacing Camilla. Brave Axe+ is honestly wasted on Camilla since she has such lame attack. Mine has like 38 attack and gets absolutely shit on by any red unit or even some green units. She can't even consistently 1HKO some blue units. If I were to work on her, I'd ditch Draconic Aura for Moonbow and put an Emerald Axe+ on her too. I'd probably set her up to be a mobile support since she is fairly bulky, a lot more versatile towards mages since Cherche gets sniped by pretty much any mage unit.

True, good graphics can improve a game but nobody really plays a game just for its graphics. From what I've heard, the gameplay of this new ME game is pretty great apart from some rather interesting bugs. The reason why people love Nintendo games isn't because of their groundbreaking god-tier graphics but mostly because of their cutesy charm and gameplay that is easily reached with simpler graphics. Putting people in underqualified jobs isn't a race issue unless he is literally making a point of not hiring people from certain races which I'm sure isn't even possible with employment laws these days. People can easily file a lawsuit against that sort of thing if they are subject to it. Guy honestly sounds like a crappy leader and shouldn't have been allowed to manage the development of a triple-A title with such high expectations. Um, I thought being racist had nothing to do with what race they're discriminating against. If somebody is being particularly nasty towards a group of people based on their ethnicity, then guess what, they're being racist regardless of which ethnicity. No group of people is totally impervious to injustice. The fact that some people seem to think so makes things even worse.

Probably run with the same anti-Takumi formula. Gronnraven+, Triangle Adept, Ignis/Moonbow, Bowbreaker/Blue Tomebreaker and Threaten Res. Fem-Robin is already Male-Robin's nemesis with Blue Tomebreaker so I would probably stick with Blue Tombreaker just in case you run into any Blue Mages. I dunno if I'm the only one who feels this way but Blue Mages are soooo much more annoying than Red or Green Mages. You got Linde, Ursula, Reinhardt, and Male-Robin all of which are really good. With this build your Fem-Robin can easily be the deterrent needed to counter any of these guys as well as other lance units. Effie is pretty popular in the arena and can shut down your team if you aren't prepared.

@Fabled Asian I'm with ya on Quick Repost, Cherche is just too slow so we may as well give her some pseudo speed. Think I'll throw on Ignis since her defense is pretty good.

More feathers is never a bad thing. I'm working on a Cherche to replace Camilla since she's too inconsistent with damage at higher levels, any thoughts on what I should inherit over to her? I already plan to give her Brave Axe+ but other than that, not sure what else.

I don't really see what having ugly females has to do with good game design. I mean a game can have cute girls in it but doesn't keep it from being a shit game. The lead director being a douche is completely unrelated with the game being lackluster. Last time I checked, political opinions have nothing to do with how well a game is made. People use it as an excuse to trash a game but I would prefer if they would trash the person being a jackass instead. The game is the developers' child. You wouldn't go after a racist/sexist's son or daughter just because they're related. Now was ME:A ruined by bad game design? Maybe. All I know is you got to play the game in order to critique it.
