    It is quite difficult especially at the beginning in my opinion but you can exploit the AI quite a bit if you know what you're doing also you could probably find an ability capsule lying about if you Press A everywhere

    When it does that I think you can stand under it and you'll be fine, but yeah that move is ridiculous, I'm just glad there's water nearby the first time you fight it. Poor glavenus he's so proud of his tail he just wants to show it off but then all of a sudden he trips and explodes :c

    The Glavenus isn't THAT bad, it gets predictable after a while, I didn't even have to dip into my mega potions when I fought it, though I have to admit to start it's pretty intimidating, I've noticed though that my main way of fighting just involves me keeping my distance for the most part. I wouldn't say I enjoy fighting it though I'm not super fond of it's armour set either. And I also got it at release and I'm HR3 with low rank mizutsune armour
