Cmon. In no situation would running a monotype ever be unviable Psychic/Fairy is great, especially with Delphox with that fire coverage. You can get Mr. Mime, Gardevoir etc. Azumarill, Mawile, the list of fairies goes on. Even Gallade. I hope you prosper!

You cant also right-click the Reborn window to get this menu and click BGM. You can still hear sounds of the game just not the Music. (like crys etc) Or you can turn them both off.

Fighting coverage isn't really a necessity. If you have a Helix Fossil, Omastar is an amazing water type. Crawdaunt/Azumarill. Litwick, Houndour and Darumaka are all great choices. Toxicroak and Breloom are also good Fighting types. Toxicroak can smack fairies tho. You'll find other amazing pokemon throughout the game so don't worry about this stuff too much. Your team is really good as is.

Yes they will. If you level a Pokemon down and then level it back up the stats will be the same unless the evs are changed. For example, Meowstic has an attack number of 67 at level 35. Common candy down to 20, then back up to 35, without any new evs the stat at 35 will stay 67. If new evs are introduced or removed then the stat will change.

Mamoswine can eat up s a few ground moves and ruin other ground types. Piloswines are in Route 3, and I suggest you breed Iciccle Crash from Beartic ( Beartics/Cubchoos w/ Crash are in Ametrime). You can do the same for a Sneasel. Grass type do well, Breloom would do great with Seed Bomb/Fighting Moves.
