Leonidas When Leonidas saw the wall of brambles rising in front of him, it was too late to stop running. So, he did the only thing he could at that point: Jump in an attempt to vault over them. Unfortunately for him, his forwards momentum caused him to come up a bit short of the top, and he ended up landing in the prickles on the side of the bush, taking damage and getting his fur stuck on it like Velcro in the process. He was stuck up there, no doubt about it. Each time he moved voluntarily, the thorns pricked him, but his fur loosened from the thorns a bit as a result. When he tried not moving, the pain stopped, but he was a sitting duck up there. Lara Lara saw Dingo's Tackle incoming, and knew that it would be very much impossible to dodge. However, if she was going to be hit, then she'd try her darndest to make her attacker take some damage as well. So, she lunged at the onrushing patrat, teeth starting to glow a deep black as she prepared to bite her assailant at close range while the two hurtled towards each other. Jack Jack put on a determined face, then spoke up. "I might've lost my Partners for now, but I'll get them back. However, I can't do it alone. How about we split up into pairs? They can't have gone that far, that's for sure."

Don't get me started... I live in Central New York, and I have to deal with the stuff each winter. And believe me, we usually get roughly ten feet each year, but this year, we've been getting dumped on. I've actually weathered a Heavy Snow Squall this year. Heck, they even lost their Snow Measuring Board in the squall! Oh, here's a bit of trivia: New York State actually has a competition to see which city had the most snow that year; we call it the "Golden Snowball Award". The majority of the time, Syracuse has won that award.

Millennium shook his head, then spoke to Blackseed through their Personal Comlink, pressing the side of his helmet to do so. "All right, but be sure to keep in touch with me for as long as possible." He then walked down the right-hand tunnel, the infrasonic sonar being used by his helmet allowing him to see very well, even in the dark conditions of the tunnels. As they went further down into the crust of the young planet, he noticed that his Thermal Sensors were registering slowly increasing temperatures, but he wasn't bothered by it all that much because he was a Nienian, much like Symphony. The fact that his Power Armor had a Thermal Regulator in it made the intense heat that much more bearable for him, much like Mira's Thermal Regulator did for her.

"Routes of Hazzard!" - Leonidas and Lara Lara knew that she and Leonidas were outmatched, as did he. However, they weren't without a chance, as it was merely a two-on-two, and they were only partially surrounded. Lara ran to her left, completely evading the Hypnosis as she bolted for an escape route, but not attacking Dingo as a result of her choice. Leonidas, meanwhile, ran at his opponent, but got sand and dirt in his eyes in the process, lowering his accuracy as a result. As he careened towards his opponent, it became clear that he was no longer on a collision course with the Patrat. However, the same couldn't be said for the Hypnosis that Dingo had fired off, as it was still heading in the same direction, which now happened to be right at the Patrat that Dingo had teamed up with. "Routes of Hazzard!" - Jack Jack cursed under his breath as he saw Lara and Leonidas follow the Patrat into the bushes next to the road. He was about to head after them when he was suddenly struck with an idea, but wanted to verify something first. He then walked over to the Truck Driver, and spoke to her. "Excuse me, ma'am, but I believe you said that this pokefood was headed to Juniper's Lab, if my memory is correct?"

OK, Stratos, Imma have to point out a few flaws in your actions. Let's start with the Roleplaying aspects: Firstly, you bunnied Lara and Leonidas, who are being controlled by me. You might be a Host, but that was just too far. Secondly, Lara and Leonidas were only trying to chase the Patrat away from the truck, not trying KO them. Now, the gameplay aspect: Dingo's usage of Run Away would've made the Patrat too fast for Leonidas or Lara to keep up with, seeing as that ability guarantees an escape in a Wild Battle. I've had personal experience with Wild Pokemon using Escape Moves to their advantage in X and Y with Sigilyphs that used Whirlwind, which frustrated me to no end. And I'm pretty sure everyone has heard of the annoying "Rapidly-Teleporting Abra" at some point or another. Oh, and then there's the Roaming Pokemon in the Second and Fifth Generations, which could run away on their own. However, I am going to let it slide, since you are a host. [EDIT]: This Post is now moot; please ignore it completely.

Millennium replied to Blackseed by simply telling the truth, touching a button on the side of his helmet to reply. "Don't worry, I'll be using non-explosive rounds unless the situation makes explosions absolutely necessary. After all, it's not really for the best to use explosives in a confined space." Millennium then set his Power Armor's visor to the Echolocation setting, since he knew that visual methods would be a poor choice in a smoke-filled environment. Since this setting used infrasound to gather information, the only other one in the area that could possibly hear the sound would be Symphony. However, it would be detectable by any of them if they were sensitive to low frequencies.

"Routes of Hazzard!" - Jack Leonidas was starting to chase the one that had taunted him when Lara barked at him once, halting him before he could get too far from her. There was a bit of dialog between two before both of them gave chase to the one that had taunted Lara.

"Routes of Hazzard!" - Jack As soon as he saw the two Patrat scoop up a bit of the ground with one paw each after having run towards Leonidas and Lara while being next to each other, Jack realized what was coming, and spoke quickly. "Eyes closed, now!" Lara and Leonidas responded by doing so, none of the dirt getting into their eyes as a result. Jack then made his move, both Lara and Leonidas having opened their eyes after they felt that the sand was no longer hitting them in the face. "Lara, Bite! Leonidas, Spark!" In response, Lara ran towards the Patrat that had thrown sand at her, preparing to bite it as a dark aura gathered around her teeth. Leonidas, though, ran at the one who had thrown sand at him, electricity crackling around him as he ran.

Millennium shook his head and spoke in response to Blackseed's question to him. "I am not yet fully equipped, but that will be remedied soon." Millennium then walked over to BLACK FOX, and then twisted a dial on the foot of the mech three times, stopping at different locations each time. An interface panel on the mech's foot popped out after a smaller panel covering it slid upwards, and Millennium plugged a cable that was attached to it into the back of his head. Soon after that, another section of the Mech's foot swung open like a door, revealing his set of Heavy Power Armor behind it. Millennium then detached the cable from his head and stepped into his Power Armor, which connected to the Port and then closed around his body, visor lighting up just after it closed. Now controlling the Power Armor like a larger body, he took the small surface-to-surface Missile Launcher module from where it laid on the rack and attached it to his forearm, closed the door-like panel, and then pressed a button next to it, hiding the Interface Port once more. Then, he walked to the Spaceship, the heavy clunk of metal on metal audible as he moved. Once there, he walked in and sat down next to Blackseed.

Oops, just realized that I made Lara use a move she doesn't know. Lemme just fix that... [EDIT]: done.

The reason I'm having the Leers target all of the opponents is because Leer is a move that targets all adjacent enemies.

Quest added: "Routes of Hazzard!" -Defeat the Patrat Gang -Return the food shipment to the driver -Retrieve the truck driver's hat (Optional) Jack flinched a little when he heard the truck honk so close to the group, especially since he was on the end that was closest to it, but he wasn't too fazed. Once the rest of the things happened after that, he grabbed Leonidas' Pokeball, tossing it into the air, sending out the electrical Lion Cub. He then gave them their orders. "Leonidas, Lara, help out with truck defense!" In response, Leonidas let off a Leer of his own, sparks appearing all around his body as he glared at five of the Patrat. Meanwhile, Lara let off a bone-chilling howl, increasing her resolve to fight as a result.

Mayanna's group Johnny nodded once, then spoke. "I might as well be the first to do so. For those of you who don't know my name already, I'm Johnny. What about the rest of you?" Ignizelka, meanwhile, was sitting next to Sylvia, who was currently leaning against Johnny. He noticed this pressure, and reached down, petting her just between the ears, which she rather liked. Then, Johnny straightened back up into a standing position.

Millennium waited a bit for everyone else to leave the room, then walked out, heading to the Hangar to rendezvous with Blackseed so they could finish up modifications and get going. As they went, he pressed a tiny button on the side of his neck just below the jawline, activating his personal comlink with Blackseed. By this point, he'd swapped the Voice-Synthesis Algorithm back to the original one that he'd had active. "Blackseed, it's time to meet the Field Commander for the Mission before we head out. Finish up with what you're doing, we're on our way now."

So, I was listening to the soundtrack to a game for the DS called "Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective", and I was struck by an idea: Maybe I could pull off using the game as the basis for an RP? So, here's the premise: You're a recently-deceased person/animal, and you've woken up next to what is or what seems to be your corpse, which is in close proximity to a fragment of a very special meteorite, whether you realize it or not. Said meteorite fragment gives the souls of those who die near it special powers, known as "Ghost Tricks", and whichever one you get varies from ghost to ghost. Additionally, each ghost has the power to turn back time to four minutes before the death of one who's died that night, although it doesn't work on those that have died in close proximity to any fragment of that meteorite. So, who's interested in this? If there is enough interest, then I'll make the OOC/Signup Thread.
