It seemed that the Wind Templar had some misgivings of his own about the Dwarf... though she couldn't really blame him or complain, herself, when she too couldn't quite warm up to the Dwarf. And yes, although she considered Odin to be like her father, that didn't change the way she saw the local Children of Stone around here. There was a reason she lived in one of the deadliest forests of the world-- perhaps the deadliest of them all, even-- and always wore a thick, hooded robe that her face and feminine figure would be concealed. "Are they nearly finished? If he would like to join us, then so be it, and let us get a move on. The beasts and bandits could hear all this racket and sniff us out from afar," she hissed under her breath to Sigurd, that only he and perhaps Jupiter could hear. The Half-Orc seemed to be having a reunion of his own with this Dwarf, which normally would be all nice and well with the ranger, but her father could well be wasting away with the time that they were letting slip at the moment.

For the first one you'd kinda have to look closer to get it... Though the Ozone Hole concept is pretty decent. The second one... It almost reminds me of a forest fire in a way. Or the sun shining through dark stormy clouds, though the bottom cloud ruins the image XD hmm, the smoke looks good though. Maybe try to make it wispier or... what's the word for it... more airy, or like it's dissipating toward the end?

After shaking the water out of her fur, Chaos went on to groom herself. Baths were good, but she loved keeping her sleek fur nice and tidy, no matter how ruffled it got. When the Trapinch Cerberus'd battled earlier had finished drinking water, he seemed to have become docile enough to talk to... or at least try to talk to. As soon as Chaos approached, he hissed and waddled to Zephyr. "... Okay, so, introductions are out... yeah, didn't think so..." the Umbreon said to herself, muttering as she took her spot on Zephyr's other side, a bit indignantly. The big creature was nice. The Trapinch decided he'd tag along with this one (not that he had a choice, but he wasn't really aware of that), as long as it took care of him. He flinched a bit though, when it picked him up and lifted him to its face... wow, this didn't look like a Pokemon... but how'd he know for sure? His family didn't stick around long enough to teach him what a Pokemon was and what wasn't a Pokemon. Zephyr stared at the Trapinch intently as though trying to discern a great mystery. There are many, many in this broken world: what is the point of surviving, now that everything, everyone is gone? What lies ahead? Where is the Plate they seek? What was that roar? But she contemplated only one, one gut-wrenchingly difficult conundrum that had plagued far more than she. And, when she reached her conclusion, the ground-breaking revelation that shed light on her current internal problem, the solution to her dilemma, her blue eyes lit up, blue like the sky, just before Dawn stretches out and spreads her wings to soar across the morning sky. "... Pancake. That's what I'll call you," she said. Of course the above narrative wasn't entirely screwing with people-- it was hard to decide a decent nickname for one's Pokemon, after all.

what do you do when you can't decide which one is the best Uncle Jerry's selection fires me up, EX's entries are Persona 4 (<3), and GotWala's entry is some seriously funky bass guitar I said "bass guitar" though, so even if I really liked all your entries, I'm gonna have to pass the baton to GotWala here XD

Just a suggestion for everyone who hasn't, but it might be more convenient for everyone else and yourselves if you kept the updates on your Team in your PC's profiles. You could put em all in spoilers, or spoiler-within-spoiler like how I did it. Y'know. For the sake of being organized and not having to go "holy shit where'd I put the info on my Ditto again" whilst scanning all 193 pages of the OC thread.

Wonder if I should tweak Enya's cost to even making her sickly when she pushes herself too much like how she did in the earlier battle?
