  1. Nah, no thanks, I'm not really a taco person. Maybe Tacps is tho
  2. Fair enough. Well, best to not lose any more comrades here(if Notus is cool with that tho) either way so, to convenience!
  3. Penguins are awesome and I'm wearing one on my head your argument is invalid :I Got Gunther from Taiwan lol
  4. "A doctor," the little child replied quietly, straining to keep the doctor in this dimension, in this time. Noiselessly, the paramedic spoke to himself-- or herself, it really was hard to tell with only black and white, alternating and flickering like static, features visible on the figure of the healer-- as he checked the severity of Miss Annie's burns. Apparently, simple burns could be treated with just ointment and dressing, but far severe cases could call for skin grafting, surgery, or worse, amputation...
  5. Enya should've brought out Burn Heal instead Burns I guess are easy enough, but what about all that electricity...? Does it just ebb away? I myself am no doctor so I have no idea how to... I don't even-- Would it be TOO convenient if Enya did pull out a paramedic with ample knowledge in treating electrocuted patients? o__O
  6. The half-elf nodded, biting her lip. "Thank you." She dashed down the stairs as quickly as she possibly could, into the village, towards where the fenced livestock should be, to slay a healthy lamb. Mentally, she tried to reach out to Hunter, trying to convey a feeling of urgency-- normally, it would send him running to her. Hunter panted and wheezed a bit. Stones had pelted him from the explosion, and he had still been keeping at it, trying to hold onto his sense and reason, differentiating friend from foe. The fact that he'd apparently forgotten to save the dwarf-father was eating away at him too-- guilt and hunger feasted on his mind. That and a new, more ominous presence could be felt in the air. It reeked of death. It reeked of lifelessness and misery. Somewhere, inside him, he sensed panic and distress-- Helzebeth? In a haze, and with his strong legs-- that had begun to shake-- he ran towards the wall, without caring who or what he rammed into on the way. Desperately he hoped he was injuring more skeletons than humans.
  7. More skeletons fell, and at a faster rate. Helzebeth wasn't just giving out orders anymore, but firing frantically at any skeleton that she noticed was gathering at a certain area, near the smoldering crater that the infernal golem had left. Odin must be there. What appeared to be pure light, and a glitter of gold, indicated the presence of Orphaeus as well. She focused her eyes a bit more, trying to locate Hunter. Where was he? The gnawing hunger felt like acid tearing away at her insides-- it was his hunger she felt, and it made her nervous. Jupiter had mistaken him for a Dire Wolf. No, she was not mistaken. If Famine had his way and dominated Hunter... "Jupiter. Jupiter, my sister, I have to get Hunter, and quickly," she said, in a somewhat panicky voice. "He may be my friend, but even he cannot repress the beast that he his for so long without food. It seems that he resisted taking the village's livestock during lunch." The ranger was beating herself up mentally. She should've called him to her, tended to him, but instead trusted that he could find food on his own. The approach of the Undead Army must've been what held him back from escaping the village somehow, or that the gates were too firmly shut. Either way she felt that she must act immediately and bring food to save him from going mad.
  8. "Oh..." Enya had no idea what to summon to help Miss Annie. Not even Ace seemed to have anything to say. A black and white paramedic walked out of a tear-- that was the only she could think of calling out-- but it was much harder to keep a living being existing. The paramedic laid her-- his?-- hands on the electrocuted woman, pulling out a kit of some sort, but the little girl had no idea if it would do any good.
  9. *glomps Rose and Tempest* Hugs for Rose and thanks, Tempest, for the math lesson yeyyyy Tacps come join the hugfest
  10. Radicals sometimes make no sense to me. They did, until a question started asking for the cubic root of 32 times b raised to the fifth power among many others... Anybody?11?1?1??1?1?one?1! Tacps?!!!???1?1eleven!?
  11. Yeah. Also, I'm panicking over an inevitable math exam coming up in a few. Rose, d'you know how to add radicals?
  12. The girl looked at Gale as he mused aloud and held out a Great Ball and resisted the urge to roll her eyes. Although she understood his intentions and even-- reluctantly-- sympathized with him to some extent, sometimes she wondered if he was a little bit thick, to say the least. That, and she highly doubted the chances of that haughty but beautiful Dewgong agreeing to let herself be captured by him, especially as she seemed to already be owned by another Trainer. There was, also, that funny Pangoro. He seemed to have been bonded to her, and to the baby dragon that was bundled up against his fur. Baby dragon... Deino... Hy-- Nope. Nooooope. Hell nope. Just-- just no. She blocked the thought right as it barely began to form. Anyway, they were in front of Deoxys, whom she now vaguely recalled being a veritable Legendary Pokemon. Her cheek most likely didn't earn her any brownie points with him(Her? It?), as it never really did with other people, so it was best to NOT probably lose herself. For the second time in a short while. Yes, she would have a sort of slight memory of blacking out, seeing red-- whatever you call it-- but she tended to not remember what she did while doing so. Most likely it would be something she'd regret. "Where does great Mewtwo reside now?" Houndoom inquired. Deoxys wasn't a hostile threat, so, okay then. "I think we should move quickly, as soon as possible." Whatever this "collapse" was, it didn't sound very good. The hellhound couldn't believe that Umbreon was sleeping through all this. Sometimes, he thought her to be as lazy as a Snorlax, if not as cynical as a Weavile.
  13. It does make a lot of sense yeah. If I think of something to add though, I'll just mention it, but I'm actually pretty okay with that XD
  14. BACKSTORY INSPIRATIOOOON Yeah, Helze's dad did find him wounded and brought him home for treatment, as well as to teach her about animals. He was Dragoth's companion first, then became Helzebeth's, which is why sometimes in her POV, she describes Hunter to be "all that she has left of her father". So that does all tie pretty well XD
  15. Oh...dat Forest of Knives lol No other physical traits? Jupiter dismissed the idea saying that "he didn't have the marks of one" or something like that..
  16. True... All right, I'll keep these details in mind lol. Also, Jupiter thought Hunter to be a Dire Wolf and seemed relieved when she thought he wasn't one afterward, if I recall... What are these Dire Wolves, sensei?
  17. "Jupiter... Wasn't that... Do you remember a dwarf being called to the front lines?" came the suddenly small and hoarse sounding voice of... Helzebeth? Where the infernal monstrosity stood earlier had been an explosion of black flame, bones, and stone. The ranger's blood froze as she vaguely recalled Odin being assigned to the front lines. Steel that had shown in her eyes seemed to melt into uncertainty and fear. The bow in her expert hands shook and quivered along with its wielder. Hunter had not shown himself to her, but she could at least still feel his heartbeat, pounding a bit faster than hers, naturally, as well as his hunger and being on the verge of desperation. Humanoid beings, however, could not possibly have a similar connection except, perhaps, aided my magic. The arrows flew onward, but in her panicky state of mind, the half-elf could not concentrate on combat. Hunter nearly tumbled into the ground with his momentum and the sudden loss of weight as the Kenku alighted. And was pelted by stone. He drew on whatever he could to dodge most of the shrapnel at least. The wolf was getting hungrier and hungrier and even started to grow weary. If he couldn't at least get something to eat, his more feral instincts would start kicking in...
  18. Good point, good point orz ah, I guess I should be a bit more detailed with sizes and what not. For the record though he's big enough to carry at most two people given that they're not clad in full armor, and so I guess just one if he's in full armor. Regarding height, his head comes up to Helze's chest(who's about 5'2)and has a nice biiiiiig and fluffy tail Urf, sorry for the confusion *apologetic bow* hopefully, these additional details are legit enough. If not I'll try to come up with either reasonable ideas to back them up or better and more realistic measurements.
  19. I wasn't sure if Hunter, being a wolf even as a ranger's companion, would know their names(though I guess I should've OOC noted it orz)so *derp* When I posted, Hunter supposedly grabbed Akuma, Orphaeus and Odin, then ran off to catch up to the others. But uh, since what's done is done, I can just edit my post to say that he only grabbed Akuma so that it doesn't change too much of what happened lol
