Essentially the chance of a Luvdisc holding a heart scale was reduced because it made mining for them redundant. That's all there is to it as far as I know, and I doubt it'll change in the future. -

Nah, she doesn't have Scyther anymore. To begin with she sets up rain with an Illumise, and then the first pokemon out after one of her leads is killed is a swift swim Anorith, which will likely wreck Azery with double speed super effective STAB rock slides hitting both of his pokemon. Also, struggle bug hits both pokemon in a double battle, drops your special attack by one stage each time, is boosted by her field, and I've seen every pokemon she has (except Anorith) use it.

Clefable with magic guard, stored power, cosmic power, moonlight, and charge beam. Never tried it but in theory it should be a monster.

My favorite by far would have to be NBZ. Dude's a legend. The only other one I watch regularly is Blame Truth.

Except that we don't have rest and we don't have dragon tail. I took a quick look at Aggron's level up movepool and it's bad. Best moves you'll get out of it are probably Heavy slam/Iron head and Double edge.

I posted this in a different speculation topic but I may as well summarize it here. The pokedex states that Glalie is able to control water vapour and freeze it into any form it wants. That seems plenty possible to me. -

Yes. It's very important to go on the server and communicate with the other members of your nation in the Ruin Nation backchannel. That way they know you want to compete.
