Welcome to reborn Nick. There's not much I can say that hasn't already been said so I'll just reiterate some of the more important things. Jump on the PO reborn server sometime, it's the best way to get to know some of us, ask Vinny and Tempest any general questions you might have, check out the roleplaying subforum and ask Hukuna questions about that, take a look at pokenations for the more competitive side of things now that the league is down, and most importantly #BlameTempest for everything. Also, I didn't even think your intro was that long.

I also really like that idea. It'd add an awesome little long running sidequest to a game that's already filled with content. The reward would also be one that I'm sure many people, or at least Vinny would go for.

Yeah, that's completely normal. The shiny sprites are in the process of being redone by a team of people here. So far generations 1 and 6 have been completed and generation 2 is in the works.

I put together a list of potentials. Horsea, Aron, Cacnea, Feebas, Spheal, Shinx, Budew, Combee, Blitzle, Cottonee, Tynamo, Skrelp, Clauncher, and Bergmite. Obviously any that are already in the game would need replacements. Shinx I suggested 'cause I figured it's pretty popular but also frustrating to get. Budew I particularly like as a candidate seeing as Roserade is a very popular pokemon, Budew is already implemented in the early game and isn't out of place there, the existing Budew could be replaced with Pansage which would allow all three of those monkeys to be obtainable pre-first gym, and you get to charge people money for Budew. Combee would need to be taken out of the headbutt-able trees otherwise there's no point to the event, but it would draw more attention to an underrated early game pokemon. Blitzle is a particularly strong contender in my mind. Bergmite could be a bit overpowered. Well, not Bergmite, but Avalugg. Still, there is a shortage of ice types in the early game.

Personally I doubt you'll get enough damage on him. With like 4 full restores you'll just end up killing your team. Don't let that stop you trying though.

The problem is that there are two different types of rain. Electrike will appear next to the gym, before beating Julia, at any time of day, as long as there is a thunderstorm happening. Ordinary rain won't cut it. May or may not need pokesnacks (probably not though).

If you're a competitive battler, why not check out Pokenations? It hasn't started yet so there's still plenty of time to sign up. Also, you'll find that around here sanity is rare. However unlike most rare things, here sanity isn't valuable in the slightest. Really, it's just going to weigh you down so getting rid of it would be a great idea. See you round.

Honestly, your team looks very strong at the moment. I don't think there is any real need to change anything. On the topic of Mawile, in my most recent run of reborn I've been using one myself. It's been surprisingly useful for a pokemon with a base stat total of 380. Sheer force STAB boosted play rough and iron head hurt even on neutral (heaven forbid if we ever get a life orb...), sucker punch helps to get around it's low speed, and it's defencive typing is golden. I am only up to just beating Serra on this save but I anticipate keeping it on until the end of the current release if it keeps going the way it is. But yeah, unless you really want to, I don't think there's any real need to change things up, seeing as after Greninja get's rid of dark you only have one pokemon weak to fairy.

So on a different note, people over at the Haven nation are discussing mascot pokemon. Now obviously this isn't mandatory but I thought it'd be pretty cool if we had our own. It makes sense that mascot pokemon are unique to their respective nations, and with that in mind I suggest the pair of Tyrantrum and Aurorus. This is an entire pair of fossil pokemon that happen to be unique to the Mythic nation and they look pretty darn cool. Give me your thoughts, do you want mascot pokemon? Should we limit it to just one? Do you have a better pokemon to use? Discuss.

That's the way you want to go, but you've missed something. You know the room in the grotto with the two blue/red beams? (Like the ones from Corey's gym) After activating both of them there will be a secret door behind the one on your left. Take the Tauros through there. One other place you might get stuck at is solved by going down a ladder you just went up. Keep that in mind too.

Shuckle's awesome. I've been using it alongside Avalugg and it works well enough. Also solves the spinning problem.
