Nibiiro The alien girl shook her head almost imperceptibly. She wrote on the pad again. "I have to fight a lot. I don't like fighting." She was just supposed to be an observer, but she always seemed to get caught up in fighting for one reason or another.

Eva Eva upon her player noticing the Proditor was left very open for interaction noticing Proditor also off to the side, decided to approach him, if only because she could actually talk to him. She walked over to where he was and attempted to get his attention with a cheerful, "Hi!"

[IC] ANKL. Part I: Awakening

Natalie Natalie raised an eyebrow. All Eberhardt had done was come get her and Arya, so it was curious that she would be the one who needed to talk. Perhaps the private nature meant it was unrelated and now was just a good time to discuss it. "That's fine by me." She looked to Arya, "I don't think either of us needs to talk to Miss Katherine right now." -

Eden "Not the same way, but yes." Eden nodded. After all, she was born with an angry god inside her soul. "Anyways, you gave me an idea when you mentioned working from the inside." She began explaining her plan, "So I was thinking I'd wipe all their memories again and send you back like nothing happened. Then you can find Kallisto, cozy up to her, and destroy her." It wasn't exactly a complicated plan, but the simplicity of it gave less opportunities for it to fail. -
. Welp, I missclicked on the poll >_< Totally would, but mostly because I'm broke AF

[IC] ANKL. Part I: Awakening

Katherine When the three girls returned, Katherine was alone. She had been getting nervous from how long they were gone, but hadn't wanted to go looking for fear they'd return to an empty shelter. "Ah, there you are." She said, sounding quite relieved, "I already sent the other two off to evening prayers. We should all head that way, but if any of you need to talk to me, I'm prepared to exempt you from prayers today." She knew that prayers were a source of annoyance and stress for many girls, even as a devout Kallistle she had hated them in her younger years, so she offered an out for her already stressed charges. Eden Eden's eyes widened. This was even more perfect than she'd hoped. "It seems I was wrong." She confessed, a hint of her excitement slipping in, "You don't have power over Light. Like me, all you have is the power to destroy." She smiled with sinister glee, "This is more than a sword. With this power, one touch is all it would take to destroy Kallisto." -

Eden "It's not so hard that it requires guidance, you just have to try using it on something." Eden encouraged, "There might be more complex uses to look into later, but right now I'm just hoping you create a sword or a ball of light jumps from your palm." (OOC: Just, you know, focus on a leaf or something and have it go dark) -

Eden "I don't know the answer to that." Eden said, sounding a little melancholic, "My memories and feelings are a jumble, it's hard to see where Ethan ends and Eden begins. If there's any separation at all. But... I think yes, for both parts of me the anger feels unnatural. Only because of past betrayal does it burn so violently." She sighed. It hadn't been all that long since she was an innocent little girl whose biggest concern was learning her multiplication tables. And now, now she was somewhere between an ancient spirit of vengeance and a little girl caught up in something far beyond her. It wasn't a change she regretted, but some part of her missed the ignorance. "If you don't mind," Eden shifted the conversation, "I'd like to sort out what your power is while we're here." Eden had the inklings of a plan forming, but it hinged on Kaede having a sufficiently aggressive power, which were a rarity under the element of Light. -

Eden "Three days!" Eden laughed, "As if!" She shook her head while continuing to laugh. "I'm not letting you run back to Alexus and unlock the rest of your powers, not a chance. Speaking of powers, thanks for revealing yourself. Knowing which of you is unlocked means I'm free to kill the others without risk." Her laughter ceased abruptly, "However, you do raise a fair point, you have ten minutes to talk amongst yourselves." She looked to her new ally, "I'd like to have a short talk as well." Eden led Kaede a few yards away, though still well within range to stop Esyllt and the others should they try anything. She stamped her foot into the ground and the world beyond the two of them seemed to freeze. "We can speak freely now, no matter how long we take only ten minutes will pass for them." She explained, "Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Eden Remille, I'm ten years old, and I like stuffed bears. I also recently awakened to the fact that I have the soul, memories, and powers of a forgotten god who wants revenge against the four goddesses and the world they've created." -
Eva Eva, who was definitely around the entire time since the boats, was off to the side kicking dirt. It wasn't that she was antisocial, quite the opposite in fact, she just didn't think she'd be of much use during a question and answer session. What with only being able to say seven words. (OOC: Haha, I exist again. Now to see if I can keep up at all, which we all know I can't.)

[IC] ANKL. Part I: Awakening

Natalie "Nothing comes to mind." Natalie shook her head. It felt really good to get all that weight off her shoulders. There was still plenty to work through, not everything was going to be magically better right away, but she'd made the first step by opening up about it. "We've been out here a while, we should hurry back before we miss evening prayers, or worse: dinner." Arya is now a Time Eye As Arya and Natalie were walking back, they of course ran into Arturia. "I'm guessing you're the one sent to retrieve us?" Natalie asked rhetorically, "Sorry for the trouble, we were just on our way back." Eden "That is the power held within all daughters of this world." Eden answered, "A fragment of your godly ancestry, hidden behind a long-forgotten door. A door which I have just unlocked. What your power is, exactly, I can't say. But I'd guess from the color that you have domain over Kallisto's light." -

Eden "Stay." Eden commanded. The ground opened up, roughly dropping the two who had been told to run into waist-height holes. The world then seemed to warp around her and she was suddenly immediately in front of Esyllt. Despite being a good bit smaller, her near presence was still very intimidating. "You're either stupid or braindead if you think I'm just going to let them leave." She looked to the one who had agreed to join her. "It's always nice to find like-minded individuals. You'll find I've unlocked your powers much as Alexus did for one of the others. All you need do is wish to use them and they will activate." Kaede is now a Light Breaker Layla/Trick "Hmm." Layla's expression turned thoughtful, "That description suggests an illusory power. And since I'm dead, it makes sense for me to exist as a product of your mind." Again, Arturia could see a fearful demeanor despite Layla's calm voice. She didn't get much time to wonder at why this might be the case, however, as the world of darkness dissolved and she found herself back on the forest trail with the strange redhead. Arturia immediately saw a significant change from when the darkness had engulfed her: The strange girl was rapidly burning, holes forming in her like she was made of paper. "You've seen the face of darkness, protect her." The girl said, "Don't trust the light. And above all, don't let your heart die." She giggled happily and silently snapped her fingers again. Before she could announce it verbally, she vanished in a puff of smoke, leaving Arturia to wonder if any of the insanity that had just happened was real. Arturia is now a Thunder Blade -

Layla "Nice to meet you, I guess. I'm Layla." Layla introduced herself. She sounded confident enough, but her eyes were constantly darting about, as though she expected something to jump out at her. "Do you know how you got here?" Natalie Natalie's took off her glasses and wiped her eyes. It served as a useful delay to let her gather her thoughts. Arya's reaction was not lost on her, they would have a lot to talk about later, but right now they both had a lot to sort out. To start, Natalie needed to explain how she'd screwed up with Naya. "If you'd said something to Naya a month ago, she wouldn't have cared about who you were, just been ecstatic that someone was talking to her." Natalie explained, "I don't actually know why, but she was a target for some pretty severe bullying. Bullying that I participated in... "When I started wanting to change, I stopped some girls who were harassing her. But I guess she misinterpreted my actions, because a couple days later she showed up at school dressing just like me and started following me and my group around. She's pretty smart, so it didn't take her long to pick up on the nuances of being a bitch to people." -

Natalie Natalie almost did keep walking, but some odd combination of courage, desperation, and guilt stopped her and she turned to face her troubles. "What's getting to me is you, Arya." She choked back tears, "I don't know when it started, but it hasn't stopped. Every time I see you sitting alone at school I want nothing more than to run over and tell you how I feel, but I just can't." Natalie couldn't hold back her tears anymore, they overflowed from her eyes and rolled down her face in a river of bottled emotion. "I'm such a horrible person, how could you ever accept me? So I wanted to change, but all I did was change someone else for the worse." Hiking Group One moment they had been hiking along as a group, the next they were alone. All but four had vanished, and the four that remained had no memory of where the rest went. Standing further up the trail from Alva, Essylt, Kaede, and Platinum was a young girl in a silver dress with dirty blonde hair and strange tattoos. Though none had any clue why, they all felt as though they'd seen her somewhere before. "I know Alexus unlocked one of your powers." The girl snarled, "But I also know that you didn't choose to be involved in this mess. So I have an offer for all of you: Join me in tearing down this society and its goddesses and I won't kill you." Essylt is now a Hope Vine. -

Trick "Oh no, we haven't met, but we will." The strange girl said, "And then everything will be colorful. Lots and lots of colorful crimson." She did a little twirl and then held up her hand as if she were about to snap her fingers. But then her face fell and her arm dropped back to her side. "Oh dear, no time, none at all." She then immediately raised her hand again and snapped her fingers, though no snapping sound emerged. "Fingersnap~" The world around Arturia completely vanished, replaced with pure blackness. Another girl inhabited this darkness, this time one Arturia recognized as Lilith Perdita, a Laylite known for her unsettling eyes. "What? Where am I? Who are you?" Lilith seemed to be as much at a loss for what was going on as Arturia. -

Natalie Though Natalie had stormed off at a rather fast pace she slowed significantly as her rage wore down, allowing Arya to catch up to her rather easily. "Leave me alone." She wasn't sure what Arya would say, and she didn't care. She was too mad at Naya, no, at herself. She was too mad at herself to listen to anyone right now. She picked up her pace towards the cabin, not that she really thought that would let her escape Arya. Katherine Katherine's gaze jolted towards Natalie and co. when the yelling started, but it all went by so fast that she didn't have a chance to try to stop it. At the end of it all she had two students, ones who were already in trouble, running off on their own and a third student crying her eyes out. If it weren't for Arturia saying something she might have remained stunned for some time. "Ah, right, sorry." She looked back to Arturia, "I'll handle things here, but could you try to catch the two that ran out before they get too far?" Arturia Arturia followed after Natalie and Arya, though they had a decent head start on her so catching up would take some effort. They hadn't gone in the direction of cabins 1-8, instead heading into the woods nearby. The main path, which Arturia was on, led to the staff cabins. There were a number of branching paths off of it leading to all sorts of places, including other student cabins, but it was doubtful they'd taken any of them. It wasn't likely that two girls from an entirely different cabin group would be placed with the girls from Cabin 2, and Natalie was the Mother's daughter after all. Suddenly, a girl appeared from one of the offshoot paths, though Arturia hadn't seen anyone coming until the girl was literally right on top of her. The girl looked to be about 13 an had long, messy cheery red hair, much the same color as Natalie's. she was wearing a woven sun hat with a green, half-wilted chrysanthemum on it, a purple t-shirt that looked three sizes too big for her, black shorts, and worn-out looking black sandals. "Oh, hello again." She said, though Arturia had never seen her before in her life. -
Nibiiro "..." It was an accident. Nibiiro was actually glad for once that nobody here could understand her. It actually sounded like she was being praised for winning. It didn't make sense to her, but she was too nervous to argue. She shoved the rest of the cookie in her mouth and grabbed the pencil. "It surprised me too." She wrote, turning the pad around so her opponent could see it.

Katherine "That sounds fascinating." Katherine could most definitely work with that. She just needed someone who could handle all the horrible things to come. If anything, the expectation of hope for the future would be a force for perseverance. There was one thing that still bugged her though. "What's a husband?" Katherine asked in genuine bewilderment. (OOC: Donmai, there's an excuse to avoid answering coming right up) Natalie Naya shrank back at Arya's response, especially the bit about the knife. "I- I didn't mean..." She whimpered, "I mean, I was just... I don't..." Her gaze turned to Natalie, pleading for her idol to rescue her. Feeling the slightest bit of pity, she decided to step in. "Lay off her, Arya, she doesn't know any better." She said, though her tone of voice made the command seem like more of a request. But it seemed that was the last straw for Naya. "I don't know any better?!" She yelled, "What about you?! Why are you acting all buddy-buddy with some stupid ingrate mack?!" In turn, Naya's outburst was the last straw for Natalie. "That's it!" She stood up in a rage, "You seem to have forgotten who you're talking to, Lesta. This is my school. I'm the one who decides girl's social status around here, not you. Arya is my roommate, and if I want to be friends with her in spite of the rumors about her family, I fucking can. "You, on the other hand, seem to have decided that we are friends for some reason. Well let me make it clear for you: We are not friends, we never were friends, and we will never be friends! So take off those cheap fake glasses and stop pretending you're someone important! You. Are. A. Nobody." There was an agonizingly long moment of silence as Naya stared at Natalie in shock. And then the younger girl's face contorted in pain and tears began streaming from her eyes. She took off her glasses and flung them out of the shelter, buried her face in her hands on the table, and sobbed. Natalie turned and left without a word, heading back in the direction of her and Arya's cabin. -

Katherine "Oh, I don't mind." Katherine brushed off Arturia's concern, "Like I said, I don't read much fiction, it's doubtful I'd ever get around to reading anything you could spoil for me anyways. So go ahead and tell me more." Bittersweet wasn't exactly what Katherine was looking for, but she might be able to work with it. With the threat looming so close, she really didn't have time to be picky. She glanced over at Natalie, the slightest touch of concern breaking into her happy facade. -
[IC] ANKL. Part I: Awakening
Shamitako replied to Shamitako's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
Natalie Before Natalie could say anything, Naya decided to voice her discontent. "You're rooming with her? But isn't she a... I mean, I've heard rumors..." She was obviously more than a little upset by this revelation, "A-and where are your other roommates? Don't tell me it's just the two of you." "It's just the two of us." Natalie answered without looking up from her penguin. It sounded like Naya was mostly jealous, although rumors about Arya's family circumstances probably didn't help. Normally Natalie would avoid Arya in public because of just such a reason, but since they were both delinquents together, she had plenty of excuse to not care about social status right now. Katherine Katherine shook her head, saying, "I can't say I've heard of it. I don't get the chance to read much fiction though." Though she hid it well behind her ever-cheerful smile, Katherine's mind was actually running down several much darker paths. Though she had come over purely with the intent to observe a student's art, the pressure she was under prompted her to press towards a different direction. "Have you read any books where the hero struggles against impossible challenges only to fail? I enjoy stories like that for their philosophical implications." Lexi Lexi trotted along, opting not to hold everyone else up by staring at more trees. Haley seemed to have sped up greatly, though she still refused to make eye contact with anyone and especially tried to avoid going anywhere near Cici. The other girls were all moving at their own paces, but overall the group was moving a good bit faster now. Everyone except... "Hey, who's that?" Cici asked, pointing at a figure laying in the middle of the trail a little further up. Riley suddenly got a weird look on her face that Lexi didn't recognize. "Hey, uh, I'm going to hop off the trail for a second, nature calls and stuff." She said sheepishly. Miss Carstin was about to protest, but seemed to decide against it. "Fine, but make it quick. We're going to go ahead and see who that is on the ground over there." And to herself mumbled, "There shouldn't be anyone else on this trail right now. I hope they're okay." And so while Riley ran off into the woods to do her business, Lexi and the rest of the group ventured forwards to check on the girl laying in the path. She was a young girl with curly, dirty blonde hair and was dressed in a simple silver dress with golden flower designs on it. Strangely, she had some kind of brown tattoos on her arms, legs, and the left half of her face. They didn't have an obvious design and seemed to just be a random assortment of jagged lines. As best Lexi could tell, she was just sleeping there on the path, though considering the relative cleanliness of her dress, she hadn't been there long. Miss Carstin knelt next to the girl and checked on her. "So, is she dead?" Cici asked sarcastically. Miss Carstin replied with complete seriousness, "No, not dead. But I think she passed out. She might need help. Head back and get someone with medical training." "Um." Haley piped up, "Can I go too?" "Yes, fine, just hurry and go. And try to check on Riley while you're at it." Cici and Haley walked back down the trail, stopping where Riley had gone into the woods momentarily before moving on. It surprised Lexi that Haley had decided to go back with cici, considering her previous anxiety towards the older girl. Maybe she was just that desperate to get out of the hike. Whatever the case, it didn't seem like they'd be going to that cemetery after all. "I'll stay here with her, "Miss Carstin gestured to the girl, "the rest of you go on ahead. I'll send Riley up when she gets back." Or they would be going on to the cemetery. Lexi was a little apprehensive about leaving Miss Carstin alone with a stranger, but then again, the stranger was passed out. "Alright, we'll go on ahead." Lexi said, walking past Miss Carstin and the fainted girl. She shot one more glance at said fainted girl as she went by. She couldn't place why, but something about the girl made her extremely nervous. She pushed that to the back of her mind and focused forward. Everything would be fine, it was probably just some girl who got lost earlier and collapsed from exhaustion. -

Kso, I forgot a thing that's going to become relevant pretty quick-like. We need to talk about costumes and transformation, specifically the limits on them. No chanting this time. Just, want to transform into your magical girl form or back to normal and it'll happen. Much simpler that way. You're free to describe your transformation as much or as little as you want, to those outside you just turn into a ball of light for half a second and then you're costumed. For costumes, you need to have your element's color somewhere about in them. Colors are listed under the elements in the OP. The standard shades are in the spoiler. In addition to your costume, you need to have a tattoo-like pattern in your element's color and your modifier's shape on your body. This pattern will generally be a shape placed in a loose checkerboard-like pattern of shape/no-shape covering the designated areas. For Vine and Breaker it's simply lines which run along the designated areas. And for Adepts you're only required to have clothing of their element's color covering the selected locations. You're free to designate where these patterns show, so long as the total number of locations adds up to at least 6 from the following list thing. Things that you have two of can be counted for double if both are patterned. Also if you want to do something that isn't specifically numbered below, ask and I'll give you numbers.
