  1. Yup, just like I want my Bisharp and Vinny wants his Weavile. Ame sure enjoys to make us suffer :l.
  2. For real? Holy crap, this is incredibly useful. Time to get a Flamethrower/T-Bolt/Overheat Manectric male parent (Smeargle).
  3. RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWRRRRRRRRRRR?
  4. Since no one has done this one yet... Cubone, Marowak Tier: C or D Availability: Mid-late (byxbision wasteland) Stats: Good Movepool: Meh Comments: Are you mad at losing against Aya? Does your team not have enough coverage against her poison types? Have no fear, Marowak is here! Currently, this thing holds the highest attack stat any pokemon can reach in the whole game (ep. 11). Assuming it has perfect IVs, an attack-boosting nature, max EVs and you give it a Thick Club to hold, it can reach 400 base attack at level 70 (current level cap iirc). Pair this humongous attack stat up with its signature move, Bonemerang, which is essentially a 90% accuracy Earthquake that can break through substitutes and only hits one target, and you will be able to OHKO (in most scenarios) anything that doesn't resist it. Sadly though, like most pokemons in this game, Marowak has its drawbacks: its special defense is only average and it's incredibly slow, meaning you'll most likely take a hit before even moving. Its typing is also not that great defensively, since it's weak Water, Ice and Grass-type moves, two of which are pretty common offensively. Not to mention the fact that the best moves it can use consist of Bonemerang and Double-Edge (+Rock Head). You could also breed to get one with Iron Head, which allows it to become a great fairy killer. All in all, I'd definitely recommend using Marowak. Again, it's a great mon if you're stuck in Aya, and it also comes in very handy in the following events (bar Serra). All you need is patience to find one holding a Thick Club, raising it shouldn't be that hard.
  5. Absol, because people keep mentioning mountains; in most regions and in the anime Absols live in mountains (Mt. Coronet, for example). Also, Cain got one so its location shouldn't be too far away. Pawniard would also be nice (AME PLS).
  6. For starters, you need to get honey and basically what you do with it is you spread it on certain trees to summon an Heracross/Pinsir fight. You kill the Pinsir if you want the Heracross to destroy a web that is close by and you kill the Heracross if you want the Pinsir to destroy a log. You can get honey on the floral shop or by giving Nyu food (Peppermint, for example). After destroying every single log and web you should be able to catch an Heracross or a Pinsir, a Joltik (in the northern aventurine region during the night) and acquire some useful items such as an hidden Link Stone, Oddish Weed (to get yourself a Chespin egg), hidden shards and a few other misc. items. If I wasn't clear enough to you, here's a guide by Vinny on how to reach the Heracross/Pinsir fight spot.
  7. Fixed that for you. Some fakemon are actually pretty badass:
  8. omg I remember that now, I though the episode was over when I was reading that and then I realized that wasn't the usual ending and got creeped out. Anyway, a girl you guys say? Perhaps this girl? It could also be Heather. We haven't seen her in a while and last time we were with her she was traumatized and wouldn't even answer. Maybe she went insane and was the one asking us to come "play" with her.
  9. A voice giggles when you leave? I never noticed that lol.
  10. Well, I talked to that book in the grand hall and the order was the exact same as that image on the files. But yea, she's probably lying to us about it, unless she modifies that picture every time an episode is released just to piss us off.
  11. For real? I though this order was wrong, Vinny said Ame said so at least.
  12. There is no hp fairy so it's the same as gen 5.
  13. The damage is already changed to 60. I also had no idea there was a man in apophyll to do that. EDIT: Just checked and apparently, all of them have incorrect HPs. Espeon has HP water when it should have fire, Manectric has HP dragon instead of ice and vaporeon has HP electric. I'm assuming this is going to be fixed? If not then I'll have to rebreed at least Manectric and Vaporeon and it's frustrating because I remember getting multiple hp dragon (which would turn into ice in reborn) electrikes and even a few hp electric eevees -___-. Not to mention that I'll have to EV train them again and get more shards in case they get incorrect abilities.
  14. Recently I've been breeding to get team members with specific HP types since hidden power is a move that gives good coverage to most pokemons. I managed to get a shiny HP Ice Manectric, a shiny HP Fire Espeon and an HP Grass Vaporeon, all with decent IVs in the past week. Obviously, this took me pretty long so I didn't have time to confirm (in battle) the hidden power types and instead I simply used a gen 5 HP calculator while breeding. So just a few mins ago I decided to start EV training my Vaporeon in special attack against the Natus and Sigilyphs in the Citae Arc-d'Astrae Upper Sanctum and I accidentally used HP "Grass" while EV training and apparently it was super effective against a Natu, a Psychic/Flying type. This made me wonder how the hidden power type calculation works in this game, because if it is different than how it works in gen V then this means that I basically have a Vaporeon that either has HP Ice, Electric, Rock, Dark or Ghost and a Manectric who might have the wrong hidden power type as well, meaning it's completely worthless since the only moves it can use are literally Discharge and Thunder. Also, in case you want to calculate their HP types yourselves, their IVs are: - Espeon: 4/22/29/30/27/28 - Vaporeon: 24/10/31/28/19/29 - Manectric: 28/20/26/21/9/31 Thanks.
  15. Whatever you do, don't pick a water type otherwise the first two gym leaders are going to be a pain in the ass. You shouldn't pick starters you can get later in the game either (bulbasaur, cyndaquil, mudkip, piplup, tepig and chespin). IMO Chimchar and Torchic (Speed Boost) are the best ones you can start off with.

    Anna

Actually, Anna did show us a Gothitelle back in the orphanage. She used it to beat Sigmund and his assistants just like Charlotte used Ninetales and Noel used Clefable.
  17. I wouldn't mind translating it into portugal portuguese (if necessary), although I know nothing about scripting and that kind of stuff so this would take a lot of time and effort (as everyone else said), not to mention that we're incredibly far in the game already. EDIT: Perhaps we could make this an ongoing process and we could get at least 5 users to translate one language, that would make the whole thing slightly easier but I doubt Ame has enough time and patience to deal with this anyway.

Okay, I won't resurrect them. Thanks for letting me know.

Thanks so much! Just finished the whole Helix thing, got two sail fossils and one jaw fossil.

Can't find him, is he supposed to be in the wild or something?

Yeah, I've gone there with my Helix fossil. The anarchists want me to find the slayer of trees (farfetch'd I'm assuming?). Where is this slayer of trees?

Since this has turned into a thread where we help each other to complete side quests, where do you find the slayer of trees on the helix side quest?
