It's called Individuality, it's what make each and everyone of us unique and honestly I believe that there is nothing wrong with it. This is why I question certain 'mental disorders'. People would say "oh you're too shy" or "you're too temperamental and it's a disorder" but I believe that it isn't and that the person is shy because that's who he is or that person temperamental because that's who he is. Sure there are some disorders that I think are legit like going completely insane and seeing things that aren't there or being amnesiac but other than that I think the rest are just bullshit. I too don't really like adventure time (I don't hate it, just don't like it) and seem to be different than most of my friends. People like different things and have different views and opinions and you're right when you say you think the majority are the norm and I sometimes have to go against what I believe because the majority say it's wrong. But just so you know this is just who you are and it's alright, you just need to find the right people for you to hang out with (there are plenty of fish in the sea) and I could assure you a lot of people in this forum would agree with you. Take Ame for example, she somehow managed to divert her topic on her first video on youtube to necrophilia o.O

To answer your question yes the level caps at 65 by the eight gym but there is gonna be 18 gyms in total and Pokemon Reborn is still under development.So, the game continues with episodes and every now and then Ame will put up a new episode which you can download and continue the game.

I don't mind some grinding in rpgs, it makes you feel a sense of progression while enjoying the game. BUT too much grinding and it gets very boring and repetitive which I sometimes have to do in reborn e.g. I revived a kabuto from a dome fossil and wanted to put it in my team, problem is it is lv 1 while the rest of my team is around lv 50. I had to grind for about an hour just to put it in my team and continue with the game.

Interesting thought though I think there would be a limit or safety precaution and Pokemon in competitive battling won't battle 'to the death' just like in wrestling or boxing they don't fight till one of them dies but until one of them is knocked out and unable to battle or throws the match. That said, pokemon battling would be very much different as you have flamethrowers, hydro pumps, ice beam and thunderbolts so yeah it would be possible for them to die in a serious match.

It would be funny if you did a Nuzlocke run with the names of people on this forum. And whenever one them dies you announce it and how they died: R.I.P. Vinny, defeated by the first gym leader's surskit waterpulse lol

As the title says, what would you do if pokemon was real? Now I know the general answer would be "I'm gonna be a pokemon trainer and go on an adventure to battle gym leaders and take on the league", but not everyone would do that plus you need to be really confident in your battling skills to do that and realistically speaking could you even live on that? I'm not saying that's not a valid answer but this isn't some fantasy world where 10 year olds get to go on an adventure with their pokemon (your parents most likely won't allow that), I mean where would you get your money? you need to eat and your pokemon need to eat plus whenever you take them to the pokecenter you have to pay their medical bills (unless you're famous or a gym leader or something like that and have sponsors or the goverment to cover it OR your country provides free medical service for your pokemon, I'm looking at you UK). Not to mention you have to actually take care of your pokemon not just leave them in their pokeballs (or risk getting sued by PETA lol). So what would you be? are you going to train hard and try to be the Gym Leader for your area? or perhaps participate in pokemon contests like May and Dawn? or train your pokemon to be poke-athletes and participate in the Pokeathlon? or even be a pokemon doctor or a pokemon researcher the possibility are endless...or even continue to live your life as normal as if nothing happened. For me I would continue my University studies and become a travelling writer along with my Pokemon companions. I would get paid writing about my adventures and encounters and stories about the people I've met and places I've been to as well as try to uncover the mysteries of the pokemon world. At the same time I would also try and challenge Gym Leaders and perhaps even enter the League (though I doubt this as I'm not that great at competitive battling). I would have Pokemon not only to protect me but as my companions and I would battle mainly for fun. But that's just me, so what would you do? I'm interested in reading what you guys come up with (>‿‿◕).

Here's a tip if you're using the GTS to collect Vivillons: Use Legendary pokemon as currency No I'm not kidding, if you go to GTS you would notice some rare Vivillon patterns yet they're asking for legendaries like Yveltal or Xerneas. Do the same, if you have a spare rare pattern (or it is your region) like river or savannah then put it up asking for Legendaries (the most popular currency is Yveltal and Xerneas, some use Zygarde but they're not too popular). You will eventually get traded and can then use that legendary to trade for a rare pattern that you want. My region is the jungle pattern which is pretty rare so I would consider myself lucky as I could just evolve a bunch of scatterbug and put it up for legendaries however if your region is the common ones (elegant's the worse bcuz japan, modern's the runner-up) then that's too bad cause it'll be harder for u. But that's how I got my Vivillon collection so \(u_u )/

Lost it while travelling overseas, to be precise I lost my 3ds case(thank god the 3ds isn't in it) along with 3 games in it being Fire Emblem Awakening (I re-bought this and replaying this now as I haven't finished it and it's so good), Rune Factory 4 and Pokemon Y. And out of all the things I did in Pokemon Y (beating the game, my team nearly lv 100(90 something), buying EVERYTHING in that very expensive clothes shop) the most heartbreaking was the completed Vivillon collection *sigh* I'll eventually re-buy them and complete my collection again but still :'( well I hope whoever finds it is very happy.

So I did have a shiny vivillon (modern pattern if I remembered), in fact I actually completed my Vivillon collection until I lost my pokemon y game card...yeah now I feel like crying again.

At least I could avoid them with repels or reduce it with a cleanse tag since they're normal encounters but you can't even do that with woobat bcuz they're in a fixed spot and whenever you step on them they'll just swoop down and battle, not to mention Ame went crazy with putting them everywhere in caves and tunnels.

The most annoying part for me is whenever you're in a cave and an ****ing woobat swoops down on you (I'm starting to hate woobats because of this) Another thing that's quite annoying is that whenever you switch your pokemon and you click fight and you didn't noticed the highlight stayed at the same spot of your last pokemon last move: e.g. you switched to another pokemon and click fight but the highlight stayed on the bottom left and you hit right and enter to use the top right move but instead end up using the bottom right move. I understand of the highlight staying where the last move was but when you switch pokemon it should reset to the top left and not stay at where the last move was.

The 3ds can be hacked however the system will detect it and you can't use that game for trades and online battles (that's why the people who discovered diancee can't actually use it for trading or anything). Whereas the only loophole was if you make a very good hacked pokemon (with the right ID and everything) on the DS and traded it over to 3ds the system will think it's legit.

Drifblim is pretty weak though, pretty low stats overall only thing going for it is it's high hp Gengar is fast and has a high sp atk but like the others said is frail (I like it though) Banette similar to gengar but a little more rounded with lower speed than gengar and high atk instead of sp atk Cofagrigus is very bulky, decent sp atk but low hp and even lower speed Dusclops very similar to cofagrigus but slightly lower stats overall but if you could evolve it, it'll be much better (however there is no reaper cloth in the game yet) Mismagius is very well rounded overall So it's up to you really but I would recommend Gengar for the fast and heavy hitter or Cofagrigus, decent sp atk and very bulky or Dusknoir which is not in the game yet but is a better Cofagrigus if you're patient enough (the game hinted you can buy the reaper cloth in one of the floors in the dept. store)

Yeah I've heard, it's supposed to stop hacked pokemon and items from going to the newer games though they're a bit late in my opinion this should have been done before the release of pokebank.
